“During a recent visit to this location, one of the employees there recognizes me by now and pretty much knows what I buy when I come through, and when I wasn't getting a fountain beverage as usual he seemed somewhat shocked. I told him about my affinity for Coca-Cola from a fountain or in glass or aluminum chilled to a preferred temperature range of 36 to 49 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, I informed him of why I wasn't including a beverage this time, "Because, carbonated beverages are coming out flat, or not carbonated with no bubbles." He responds, "[It's been serviced recently]," though not verbatim this is what was meant. And well, the Coke that came from the fountain was as close to perfect as ideal is. This would be five stars for this location. But, sadly there is a but. It's irritating going to a retail franchise's location to discover that said location isn't engaged in any potential current promotions, or not accepting valid coupons, anything else, or in this specific instance with an employee named Sai some weeks ago, not paying out for winning lottery tickets. Both times I purchased from here I won. And when entering the store again was told by Sai, "I'm not paying you now." I could've asked why knowing the amount could have been paid at the time during both incidents, but I didn't and cashed them in elsewhere.”

“Probably my favorite thing about RaceTrac gas stations is that you tap your card and THEN the screen asks you for your phone # for your rewards. This is by far the most efficient way of getting gas and getting rewards, no need for yet another damn app on our phones. Also the stations tend to be clean, restrooms as well and the store has everything you may need. I wish all gas stations were like this.”
