I have been to this store for last 2 years from buying aquarium of 30 gallon to buying Tiger Barbs, Molly, Guppies, Catfish and freshwater plants and all my fish are doing perfectly fine. I had all my fish from them and currently 2 years all my fish have been healthy and living happily. The prices are competitive with other stores. They sale a wide variety of plans rocks fish good fish and other essential stuff for your aquarium needs. The staff are very friendly I never had issues with them. It’s a great experience buying from them and I hope they continue this good relationship with loyal paying customers.

The plants and fish are great prices, always awesome staff. I've been coming to this store for many years, and was happy to see they were still open when I recently started another aquarium. Great driftwood pieces.

Just had the worst experience… this lady was having problems with the contactless paying divise… and she starting raising her voice at me, like if I was with the problem. I asked her politely to not raised her voice at me and to what she responded “raising her voice even more”… I asked for somebody else to finish my transaction, and still didn’t take any of my credit cards… She came back and started to interfere at that moment I decided to leave the store, and honestly not to ever go back…Not the first time she acts like that, I seen her doing it to other customers…

I've been shopping here since I was a kid and now in my late 60s it's still one of my favorite places to buy freshwater tropicals.You'd never know it by looking at the place (it could use a face lift and a bit of a refresh, it hasn't changed since the early 70s that I can see), but they have good healthy fish at a competitive price. The owner knows what he's doing and will eagerly share his knowledge of fish with you. The folks that work there with him are pleasant enough and will help where they can.My only complaint is that a lot of items, especially things hanging on the pegboard on hooks, are not clearly marked with prices. There is usually a tiny price sticker at the very back of a row of items, however these old eyes, even with glasses, can't read them at all! They are too small and too far away. Why can't we get price stickers ON the merchandise? Most other retailers do it and it's really not that much to ask. I'M NOT going to drag every item I'm interested in to the register for a price check, I'll just get it somewhere else where it's clearly marked and I don't have to ask how much it is.That is literally my only complaint. Absolutely no complaints on the fish. It's obvious they are selected with care and taken good care of once in the shop.

Excellent pet store especially if your a fish hobbyist like myself. You will walk in door and be stopped in your tracks and gasp in complete awe. Yes. It’s big and it’s fully stocked with all things needed for people like us. Girls are all very knowledgeable too.

If you want healthy fish DON’T shop at Fish Fantasia!Bought an Oscar and green severum, once under my aquarium light I noticed they were covered in fish lice!!! So disappointing and absolutely disgusting. Never shopping here again! Going to be a long road of recovery for my poor fish.

NEVER BUY FISH HERE.WHEN YOU LEAVE THE STORE, THEY ACCEPT ZERO RESPONSIBILITY but that isn’t told until you make a purchase. It’s actually not told, it’s on the receipt.Do NOT purchase live fish from this store. Please read my entire review and look at my photos.6 fish purchased, 4 dead within 12 hours.Here is the situation.I am visiting the area from Orlando. I collect guppies and have many tank and breeds of this fish.Upon a quick google search of “fish near me” this location, amongst others, were called and asked if the stores sold Guppy Fish.I spoke with the owner, (Michael?) and he was quite kind. He told me that they had locally bred guppies and a Koi variety.Afterward, I commute roughly 30 minutes to this store and purchased 6 fish. 1 male and 5 females.Roughy $33 spent. Not too bad for decent looking fish.I get back roughly 40 minutes later and set the fish, still in bag, onto the counter.I then leave for lunch and come back to 1 dead male guppy still in the bag (see photo)Not the biggest deal, I call Fish Fantasia and speak with (Sarah?) and the representative informed me that Fish Fantasia does NOT offer any sort of live guarantee on ANY purchase made.Now I decide that I’ve lost my male and need to get these fish out the bag and away from the dead male.Shortly after being placed into a quarantine tank another fish dies. Then, to no surprise by midnight, I have another 3 dead fish.Now, as of 12pm Sunday (when I store opens) I have only 2 fish left from my purchase of 6.I tried to call the store, spoke with Sarah again, who once again informed me that the manager was not available on weekends, and management could not call me at any point due to the policy of not guaranteeing live fish.So here is my review for the people to see. Please take my experience and use it as a lesson. I am truly grateful that I only spent $33.I have spent hundreds of dollars of guppies before so this loss has most likely saved me future money.PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE. You can get the fish offered here almost ANYWHERE in the palm beach area.Do not buy sick fish from a place who offers zero responsibility after you’ve given them your card or cash.Good luck and stay safe guys!FYI, the guppies I bought at Marks Ark (5 min away from this place) about 20 minutes before walking into Fish Fantasia are all still alive and beautifulNeed fish?
