The pharmacy crew is described as friendly and works with great caution, though some customers in a hurry are asked to be more patient. The process for getting a COVID booster shot is efficient with online appointments and no paperwork needed in the store. However, there have been isolated incidents where staff did not intervene during customer conflicts.
Drive thru times are ridiculous. In store is just as bad. Pharmacy needs more staff that are trained to complete orders quickly. Many waiting for meds are not feeling well and waiting for extended times doesn't help.

I really love shopping at CVS! Having an ExtraCare card makes it worth it – every month I get $10 off, and it always comes in handy. Great savings, easy to use, and the perks make me keep coming back.

I love this cvs, everyone is very pleasant, they greed you as soon as you enter the door. The pharmacy crew is very attentive and friendly.
