Been coming to the store since it was built and the store has gone down hill. Looks trashy and employees there are not very helpful. The one thing they have going for them is the app and that’s seems to not work all the times.

I just came here and got gas and the pump malfunctioned and did not stop and got gas ALL OVER my car. I went inside and a employee by the name of KAJAL refused to help me and said it was all my fault, he wouldn't even listen to what I had to say regarding the issue he was extremely rude and condescending to me. another customer afterwards filled up at the same pump and another employee saw it spill for that customer too and he told Kajal and he again refused to shut off that pump and said there was no problem and wouldn't even listen to me. I am never coming here again. they refused to even give me a partial refund for the gas that spilled that was THEIR FAULT DO TO A MALFUNCTIONING PUMP. Kajal needs some customer service training this is ridiculous.

The idiot at the cash register asked for an ID to buy a lighter. I'm gonna file a complaint and file a lawsuit. You can't make up laws .

I have been coming to the store for almost Twenty-One years. I was not aware of the fact that Cumberland farms in a policy that you do not buy alcohol between 5 in the morning and 7 in the morning. Apparently, they installed this policy today. Guys, I just got off of work and I would really like a beer. I'm a grown forty-year-old man. You have no right to tell me when I can or cannot purchase alcohol unless it is a state or federal law. It is not in my county. I will never go to any Cumberland farms again. For any reason. The sad part is I drove across the street to a 7-Eleven and bought my beer. You stopped me from doing nothing other than being Cumberland farms customer anymore. There is a Wawa station down the street from my house I guess I will just go there from now on. Good job?

Great place. Clean bathrooms. I know their location is a tough one but they still keep the bathrooms clean, private and accessible to the public. Very friendly and clean store.

I just got out of this gas station. The man who wears gray-haired glasses has a bad shape, my card didn't want to pass and he got annoyed very quickly, he says that if he didn't speak English there was no service, do something with him, and I'll be back in the afternoon

Shows 24 hours and you can see the staff cars parked waited 10 minutes still nothing. Staff needs to be put in place or moved.

hey so i recently came here with my family to grab a snack on our way to the cemetery for my grandpas birthday (he passed away) but the staff was incredibly rude. I was grabbing a cherry slushie and the cap popped off making some of it spill. It wasnt that big of a mess just a few drops so i just put napkins around the cup and proceeded to buy the slushie with my mom. My brother wanted to go to the car in a hurry so i took him while my mom paid. A customer there complained about a "big mess" so a staff member told my mom to clean it herself when its really his job to clean isnt it? So my mom was on her hands and knees cleaning the drops and the drops on the desk. They made her literally cry. Im pretty sure all this happened because we're hispanic. Both the worker and the customer were white and noticed our skin color (im very tan). Im seriously never coming to this gas station again. Horrible horrible service even making my mom do their job. The worker used an excuse by telling me i was supposed to tell him i made the mess but im a person with social anxiety plus ive never heard of an area where you're supposed to tell staff that you made a few drops on the ground? Things happen and thats one of the jobs at working in a gas station.
