New staff is an improvement. Sometimes the pay in Florida is so low you get high turnovers. I agree with the vet’s comment about “follow the rules” (which is also part of rehabilitation ) and don’t abuse the system there and it’ll work like it’s supposed to.

I was a self paying client for 5 years as time went by I went through 4 Counselors. The staff turn over is Atrocious Management does not know how to run an office. Why would all the counselors and nurses quiet all at the same time if everything was great there. Their must be a Common denominator and her name is Niesha.If you don't AgreeWith something she saysShe will put you into a corner like a child and not dose you your medication. The owner is no better all she cares about is how much money she can make. The best part about the program is it saved my life and many other lives. Other then that I don't recommend this clinic, their are others out there to goto. If I could give less then one star I would.

So im a disabled combat veteran who was prescribed meds through a pain doctor. I never had any issues until i retired and the wpb v.a refused to help or fill my scripts. Same time old vets got caught selling oxy to cops. They put me into wd. I originally found help at the forest hill clinic but after calling them out for hipa violation and councilor discussing other patients info and such with me along with a certain man trying to start fights but wouldnt follow through who worked there but was not a councilor at the time i pray he isnt. If you tried to go down or get off thwy said you are in violation they decide. Michelle decided to lie and force me out because i wrote the news and called the corpt. It was a favor because they transferred me to lake worth. Within a month i already had take homes. Now few yrs have past( between both places)and i have insurance always have and always told by forest hill they tried and couldnt get to use. I asked lake worth and 1 month later im completely taken care of. Yes they go through employees alot but if your there to do the right thing and follow rules its very simple. Id recommend this place to anyone trying to better thier life. Some of us never set out to be on meds but if you are tierd of the Florida b.s then go here and do the right thing, you will be straight extremely fast. Cant thank Ms. N for all her help.

Place is run like a gas station, looks like one too. Had guest doses all set up and they acted like that's never happened before, while being in the middle of Delray and Palm Springs. Continued to take an hour to put in my info that should've been done when i has it set up months ago. Met what I assumed to be the owner and she basically tried to fight me bc I asked what was taking so long. She started talking all ghetto to me talking bout kicking me out. I was baffled. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Where's your professionalism? My clinic at home would never and it's also a beautiful place in comparison.

i had to go and "guest dose"there today,,,,i was in-out 5mins!!!super nice people,,,Niesha was very helpful answering some questions i had,,,,NIESHA IS ONE OF THE MOST NICEST,PRO'S IVE EVER DEALT WITH,,,THANK YOU GUYS!!
