“I was surprised and disheartened to see the negative reviews of JB Cruises/Vacations. My experiences with them have been nothing short of stellar. In particular, it's clear they've been doing this a long time. They know the nuances of all the ships across multiple cruise lines. Their descriptions and advice were always dead-on. The one time we'd arranged for a shuttle bus there was absolutely no problem. A clean and comfortable van arrived right on time with a very pleasant driver. I don't know why the other reviewers had trouble or who was really at fault. But if those experiences were typical then JB Vacations wouldn't have remained in business as long as they have. I suspect that the vast majority of clients were happy and so never bothered to write a review. I myself wouldn't hesitate to use JB Vacations again. My advice would be to talk to them and get your own sense of their abilities. And have an amazing vacation!”

The enterprise rent-a-car at north congress made it seamless for me to get the size I needed, educated me on the additional services they offer like taking me personally to the airport shuttle, Megan was so sweet to help me get from point A to B before my flight and Morgan had mentioned the night prior drop off after 6pm was in a dicey area and helped me feel safe and provided alternative options for me to consider. “Ive been a traveler for a long time, business and pleasure. This was the first time I've ever rented form 'second tier'. This trip was a hopsice situation I had to extend every day cause only God was setting schedule. These guys were easy to deal with and didn't hit me up with higer charges to extend like first tier. Same patient but earlier this year I had a first tier car and they actually had me return it instead of extending, when I got to the lot there were more cars than spaces and they were in side street- no explanation of why I had to return car to extend- but that a different review, you know who you are.Anyway, bottom line in PBI I will ALWAYS use ACE. Takes an extra couple minutes shuttle but these guys are great to deal with, great prices, and great cars.”
