I literally waited 1 hour in Line to cash a check, just to be put aside to wait another 30 min. their excuse..."we have to verify"..because i have no account with bank of america....I've never had that problem In any other bank...its ridiculous. Some one writes you a check and with the proper identification one can cash the check. I'm so annoyed, ...the teller made me feel like a criminal...not only that she was very demeaning....if I had 0 star...I would give it. This teller is Michelle. ...I have a headache...and only reason I came here was to same me atrip to my bank.

Last Monday I was at this Bank Of America branch. to try to open an account for my daughter's college. They told me that they couldn't do it on site and that they were going to call me back the next Tuesday at nine. They never called all day I tried to call them and email them. never response .No respect for customers it's very sad. I wish I could put a zero in this review. A couple of weeks ago I went to this Bank of America branch to open an account and received excellent service from Cecilia. She was very kind, she advised me on which was the best option for my banking needs and also offered me other products that the bank has. I definitely recommend this branch. Today I was at the bank again, the girl waiting for us at the reception was very attentive, quick to get you out without delays. I was assisted by Brenda, a girl who, despite being young, has mastery of what she does and how she does it, making you feel comfortable and thus free to ask all your questions and choose the correct option.
