If I'm writing a review ..you know it's bad... I've been to multiple different locations for banfield to find the one I really loved & where I could trust they would take care of my cat (Very rare to find nowadays) . The one and only reason I come to this location was for DR Cassandra because she was the only one out of 20 vets visit that recommended trying something else to fix my cats respiratory issue that I've been dealing with for so long. I actually look forward to going to the vet now because I get a big "HEY HARRY and mom" BUT when I walk in , Today was especially different because DR Cassandra is out of town for 2 weeks , but my cat needed to be looked at so I took him . I showed up at 2:35 for my 3:00 appointment knowing I'd have to wait (no big deal) when I approached the desk the receptionist told me I'd have to wait till closer to 3 to check in , I responded no problem . 2:50 comes around & multiple people are walking in so I asked if she could check me in now . She responded with "it's not 3oclock" . I then responded with Ive never had to wait till my actual appointment time just to check in & I come here every other week . (She clearly didn't like that & ignored me) funny enough I didn't get spoken to till 3:05 guess someone was trying to prove a point since I pissed her off . Once my check up was done , the doctor recommended I go to a specialist and told me the receptionist would print out alll my paperwork to bring to the other vet. So I asked the girl upfront is she was going to print it for me & she responded with . " that's a lot of paper " I said okay well she said you can mail it to my house , she replied with "idk how to do that " so I said you wanna ask the doctor then ??? Her response was "no , she's busy " the doctor comes out the room & tells her to print it alll for me & I ask the girl infront of the doctor if she's new & what her name is ? (Since I've never seen her or her attitude ) Her response was " what does that have to do with anything " it's one thing to have a bad ass attitude but to do it in a stressful environment where the animals are like our kids & she wants to laugh and think it's funny to have an attitude and be rude to people . It's an absolute shame because she has no idea the connects I have & the people I know & this right here is the very reason this banfield has shitty yelp / google reviews . The only reason you didn't get zero stars is because dr Cardona actually tried to help my baby , I do think she should have stood up & told her employee to not laugh in a customers face instead of telling me to not go after her girls . Guess that's why banfield has been on the better buisness bureau complaint log 1000x .

have three pets that I have enrolled in Banfield's wellness plan. My one pet Izzy seems to have the worst care team every time, we bring her in for her comprehensive exam. Today, I was told she could not receive her six month supply o Simpatico Trio, because a six month supply was given to me in September and a six month supply was given to me in December of 2022, I asked the tech does that make sense to you?The tech said "no ma'am", I explained that my pet is covered under the Active Care Optimum Wellness Plan that covers her flee, tick, and heart worm medication, so how is it possible that she received a six month supply in September & December??? It does not make sense.They called me to make the appointment and informed me it was time for Izzy's wellness exam and her six month supply of medication, only for me to get there and be given the run around. This office has a HIGH TURNOVER IN STAFF, Always new people, who do not have a clue of what's going on.I was told the manager was out and they could not help me and I would have to come back on Monday. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. I will not be renewing the wellness plan for all THREE OF MY PETS.

Worst company ever. Over priced and have no idea what they are doing. They are scammers and crooks. There are better vets that are far more affordable that can accurately diagnose your pet at a fraction of the cost

Very happy with the services provided by Banfield Pet Hospital located at Greenwood Plaza in Palm Springs, Florida. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.Update: I had a nice surprise yesterday 3/15/2023, I received a follow-up call by Angela (Angie) to see how my paw baby Toby was doing after his appointment. Is unbelievable how attentive and caring the staff truly is.

Banfield refused to refund me. I won't be returning and highly encourage anyone from taking their pet to Banfield offices for Banfield will ask you to email "Banfield cares" with your complaints, which don't go to any kind of corporate office but back to the franchise's manager. This location's manager didn't apologize for my experience or seem to care at all how her veterinarian treated me yesterday. There was no apology at all. There was no reason given as to why my dog wasn't given a non-invasive option to treat her anal glands. Instead, I was told this is what they do (without sedation). Meanwhile, River Bridge Animal Hospital, a private practice with experienced and respectful veterinarians, was appalled that my dog was packed without sedation and without an option for non-invasive care. She's now on antibiotics and steroids and recovering from the painful restraint and procedure she experienced at Banfield. No option to refund the $200 I wasted. No concern for customer retention or satisfaction. I'm told another regional manager will call me next week. I expect more of the same run around. I can't emphasize this enough - DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS LOCATION.it's

My dog, Gunner, came in due to vomiting and diarrhea overnight and they were so kind to him and did everything they could to take care of him. The doctor was so nice and the nurse was amazing as well! Front desk was so nice and made me feel comfortable being there with my pet. Highly recommend this pet hospital. Thank you guys!

Love taking my baby girl Jolyne here. They love her and treat her like their own. Great at following up whenever she’s due for any vaccines in our plan or any exams. Very sweet and kind staff that always seem super excited to see her lol! Great vet office.

We get our Cheagle's nails dremeled here about once a month. They are always wonderful with Harvey, even with his becoming a grumpy, 18 year old man that would rather not have someone grinding down his toenails. He doesn't even seem to mind the little muzzle needed to help keep him in line now. Wonderful staff that treat our furry kids with TLC.

Never had problems at any other location. I just moved to lake worth and went to this location and they just overdosed my 3 pound dog with vaccines he could have died. My sister is a vet and what they did was extremely wrong. He was in pain and could barely move all night. Dogs that size should only get 2 vaccines at the most at one time. And they gave him more then two. They didn’t even tell me he would be in pain…. And it was severe he couldn’t even walk. This was a reaction to the vaccines and it could have been avoided if they followed the right procedures. You will be getting a call from me when you open … and we will seriously be looking for another facility like pet calls or another location.

Literally still waiting for pet. They said he would be ready and I’ve been standing for 30 minutes. I also hate doing drop off because you never know if they are actually providing the appropriate service or keeping your pet safe. I’m really frustrated with this care. I also never really get solid answers for what is wrong with my animal.

Not friendly or caring for animals at all! Took my dog to receive his vaccines and have his nails clipped. I explain to the lady in the front that my dog has extreme anxiety due to the previous owners mistreating him. I informed the lady that when they were to cut his nails to please lay him on his side and rub his belly which Will help make the process easier for both of them. She disregarded everything I had told her. When I came back to pick him up, he was covered in his own p**** Instead of laying him on his side as I told her, they had him standing & he freak out causing him to p*** himself. Instead of cleaning him or wiping off the p*** they just left it on him. To me that is a form of animal cruelty! I definitely do not recommend bringing your animals here
