They had to troubleshoot an engine code that didn't make any sense. Reid took the time to figure it out, then correct the problem.

The customer service here really is amazing. It’s probably the only auto shop I’ve ever been in alone as a woman where they didn’t make me feel stupid, mansplain, or try to sell me anything unnecessary. I really cannot recommend them enough.
