I recently visited the Boot Ranch of Wells Fargo. I had some important paper work to handle. I was nicely greated by the staff. The Banker; Emily, helped me the same day after a very short wait even though I did not have an appointment. She was very friendly, listened to my needs and took care of me. I would highly recommend the branch and especially Emily for your banking needs. I will be back to see Emily and open an account with my brother.

IF YOU USE ZELLE, DONT BANK HEREI have been a customer since 1984 through all the mergers and scandals. Now they have breached the new (May 2023) Zelle contract by limiting my transfers to $1000. THEIR REASON/EXCUSE: IT'S AT BANK DISCRETION

This has been my home bank for 16 yrs… I’ve been with Wells Fargo 30 years. I have always found all to be friendly, professional and give quality service.

I walked in without an appointment and was spoke to as soon as i opened the door. I received help with all my questions and successfully opened a new bank account. Shavon answered all of my questions and was very helpful and kind. I really wanted to make a point to mention how sweet and kind Shavon was. I haven’t been to a bank in years but this was one of the best experiences of customer service i’ve ever experienced. Super grateful

Dawn and Anna are so awesome. Have been going to this location for so many years. So darn nice and friendly. Really good people. Ask for either of them. Just met Emily and she was really nice also.

Terrible customer serviceWaited 20min for someone to assist me. Only 1 person who could help me with the wire transfer apparently. The employee had zero respect for customers waiting as she was going on about non business topics. Will never return to this location

There is no surprise on the very low google rating...My boyfriend banks with Wells Fargo. I used to….. And I won't ever do it again.. I walked into this bank today looking for a notary. The 2 women I interacted with could not read my simple 2 page financial statement saying I was receiving part of an inheritance & releasing ppl.. . The 1st woman needed to check with the 2nd woman that it wasn't ** a will** I was trying to have notarized. She had to read it twice..Because she tried to send me away after the first review " we don't notarize wills"I would go to Mc.mullen and enterprise rd if I had to go to W.F..

I have more than three accounts in this bank, each one always has enough money. The first account is over two years old. There is a permanent and good Incom which they see. But this is the third time they have declined my application for the simplest credit card!

Although most of their staff (except for one and I refuse to deal with him) are polite, they are not trained effectively in establishing and maintaining estate bank accounts. In total, I spent a total of two hours at this branch today and it was quite clear that the two bankers that handled my transaction were not trained appropriately regarding the legal and procedural aspects of this bank account type.I do not blame the bankers themselves; the blame for this knowledge deficit is the fault of management. This account type is very common, and I should have been in and out of the branch in 30 minutes - this did not happen.I can understand and appreciate the first banker calling the legal department regarding the titling of the account, since the check I had did not match the IRS TIN statement titling. But all other calls made to legal by both representatives were unnecessary and demonstrated knowledge deficits that are paramount to simply not knowing their jobs.I also found it cumbersome that I had to go back home and return with a death certificate, when I already presented an estate TIN and a CERTIFIED Letter of Administration. Um....excuse me, but someone has to be dead to get those documents!! Another “red tape” procedural step that was completely unnecessary, and frankly, cruel considering that I am still dealing with my husband’sdeath.Any other dealings with this account will be done at another branch and only with people who are trained.

If you plan on cashing a large check don’t go to this branch. They have less than $2000 on hand and ask you to go to a different location. I’ve never heard of a bank having so little money. I would avoid this branch unless you are depositing funds!

The worst Wells branch in North Pinellas county. Broken ATM obliterated my business deposit. No one answers the phone. Took 6 calls only to be told to call the 800 number. Before Covid they were not great, but it has given them an excuse to be worse.
