Today is Friday; I live in Clearwater;I saw an item on Thursday, that I was interested in purchasing; On Friday, I phoned your Store, your "0" Operator answered. Your obviously Black male (with his Language) said that he would check on the Item; He answered, not available. I drove to your Store. It was available. I asked your Check out person, where is the person who answers your phone so that I can voice my opinion of him. The Check out person said that the person who answers the phone is located in the Fitting Department. If you phone Walmart, you will NOT receive "Customer Service".

Walmart has now gotten rid of almost all of their checkers and has replaced it with self check out. The level of customer service has greatly decreased at the store. Just tried to go shopping and was about run over by four employees at different times as they were moving their stock around. When I went to check out, I had no option but self check out. I will never do self check out at any store because that takes away from a job that a person can have. So I left all of my groceries in the cart and walked out. The level of concern from anybody in that store was zero. This is not to mention the two times I had to crawl on top of their shelves to reach something because nobody would answer when I asked a question or when I requested help. do not ever shop at the store again

I generally avoid Walmart unless it's after 1am on a weekend and I'd like to do some people watching. But, I popped in here on a weekday afternoon to get a critical item that Target didn't have. I needed a refrigerator/freezer thermometer to confirm if our freezer was truly warmer than usual. There are a zillion aisles so I figured I'd find the thermometer in an hour or so. But, as luck would have it, it was right there in the first aisle I walked down. Bam! In and out! Life is good even if our freezer is on the fritz!

My adult child works part-time at this Walmart store. He/she contracted cv19 likely at work. The policy starting April 1, 2022 is to require a lab test (not a home test) to prove you have cvid. Once the store has proof you can take a few days off with no pay. The test is not covered by Walmart. My child was forced to pay $189 for the test or lose his/her job. This represents 2 days of work for her/him. The other choice was to come into work with cvid. I consider this to be a shameful policy.

I am very disappointed in this Walmart. I went today and I got some groceries and things of that nature and then when I get home I found out that half the stuff I had bought I did not get therefore I'm out of the money. Another bad thing I could not believe they were stopping people of color at the door to check their receipt how discriminatory is that. I will never go back there and if I were you I wouldn't go there either until they change your ways. This behavior is not acceptable.

Customer service is the worse. I went to get formula for my baby. The price on the shelve said $26.12, but when they scanned it, it said $29. The cashier called for price check and another lady came, got the item and went to the baby food section. It was already more than 10 mins, there's a long line behind me and the lady isn't back. I asked the cashier if she wants me to run and look for the other lady who supposedly checking for the price and she said, "if you want." So I ran the the isle, didn't see anyone, I recheck the price of the formula and there's no more price under it. I ran back to the cashier, beat the price check lady and she said it was the wrong price marked. I asked if they were going to honor the price and they said no. I said there are a lot back there. The price check lady said she knows and they fixed it that's why it took her so long because they were trying to hide their mistake and would not honor the price they have on the shelf. Bad customer service, they don't honor the priced marked and dishonesty. I'm deleting my Walmart app and never shop there anymore. It's better to pay a little more for a good shopping experience than what I have just experienced.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY! STEER CLEAR!!This company is responsible for the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. After taking over 2 months (and 4 failed attempts) to deliver my fridge, they charged me an extra $400 for delivery without notifying me nor asking for my authorization. The charge just appeared on my statement. Had to get my bank involved because multiple calls and emails to the company about it went unanswered. STAY AWAY!!!

Bought flour and sugar yesterday, when we opened them they had bugs in both bags, some crawling some dead. Went to return and asked to speak to a manager. The woman behind the desk refused and said there was nothing the manager could do. She was not surprised nor concerned. Seems like a common problem.

I had a good experience but it said that Walmart is replacing all of the family owned businesses, remember you vote with your money if something cost a little bit more but you can keep it in your community, it's actually cheaper. We will be slaves of these mega corporations

I'm am very disappointed in my "neighborhood" Walmart. I was sent from the Pinellas park store up here for a car battery replacement because they had one in stock. I went to service center but their test equipment was possibly broken (they didn't even try and they weren't sure if it was even broken) They wouldn't honor the warranty because they couldn't appropriately test it. Shame on the manager of this store for not doing the right thing. I wasted an hour of my day because of their lack of customer service.

This is more for the management of Walmart. You still have quite a few older people working there (seemto be over 65)and honestly they look very tired. Maybe you could allow them to collect unemployment during this time when they should be home safe since they are more at risk. Just a thought.

I've always been a little stand-offish regarding Walmat. One, not thrilled with their cleanliness, two, the parking is always a challenge until today. I needed some pool Algaecide since the heavy rain usually produces an algae bloom. Drove literally 2 minutes to this store and parking was a plenty. Now, we are living through scary times with Covid, so i didn't expect an onslaught today. Walked right in and their was a woman handing out handi wipes. I can't even get that at our beloved Publix. Strode through the entire store with nary a person in sight, got my bottle of algaecide and cruised through self checkout, another thing missing at Publix. I was in and out withing 3 minutes, tops. I'll remember this occasion and promise to revisit in better times.
