Every experience with this place, including the LabCorp draw center, has been a worthless waste of time. Walgreens in general is a horribly run company and this location is just another example of what I have come to expect. This site is unprofessional, unorganized, and ineffective in all of their operations. Save yourself the time and frustration. Go someplace else.

Until yesterday, this was a decent pharmacy. I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and need a specific RSV vaccine. Someone (I believe Ashley) was kind enough to special order the vaccine for me. I went in on Monday evening to get the vaccine and was asked to return the next day due to low staffing. I made myself and my husband an appointment to avoid being turned away and I completed the pre-check in paperwork. We arrive and weren’t seen until 30 minutes after our appointment. I was advised by the technician that they were not authorized to give me the RSV vaccine even though they ordered it for me. We stayed so my husband could get his flu shot, which is when things got really bad. He started passing out after the vaccine and the tech asked me to stay with him, even though he was clearly not well (pale face, barely any color to the lips, swaying in place), so she could print a receipt. I thought she was going to get help or get him some water. He was having a difficult time staying conscious and did pass out twice while in the chair. Being eight and a half months pregnant, I was having a hard time getting him to stay in the chair and wake up. I’ve never seen anyone pass out the way he did. The tech was realistically gone for 2-3 minutes, but that seemed like an eternity when watching a loved one struggle. She apologized when she returned and found out what happened. We eventually went home when it was safe to do so. The tech called about 30 minutes later to check in on him and apologize, which I really appreciated. That being said, we will not be returning to this pharmacy.

Pharmacy accused me of picking up my medications already. No, I did not pick up the prescriptions. Thy young gentleman (that’s putting it loosely) asked me 4 timesif i picked up my meds. Was I sure??The pharmacy manager comes out and says “We will have to pull the Video tapes to ensure your telling the truth?” For estrogen???I was treated like a common criminal and accused of lying. The pharmacy has had their drive through drop box broken for months and the customer service is non-existent. I am switching pharmacy’s after 10 years with walgreens

(Palm Harbor, Alderman and US19 location) This place is lazy and lacks customer relations. I am waiting at the cashier for almost 10 minutes like an idiot while one cashier is working with a customer filling out some useless form. Theres a manager thats right next to the counter typing something into a computer clearly sees I am frustrated needing to checkout but still continues to ignore me. Another cashier simply walks away who knows where. Pathetic service. Worst walgreens I've been to and I live close by. Never going again.

called to refill my seizure med. got a message saying delayed due to an insurance problem. called and after a long wait they said it went through a different insurance. I said i only have one insurance and have been out for 3 days this is serious. she said oh i see it went through the insurance from your covid test? I only have one insurance and have still not had my med in three days?

Joseph in pharmacy is incredible. Every time whether it’s a chill pickup or it’s a “my doctor’s reception staff is awful” pickup he goes out of his way to take care of my needs every time. Happy to know a Walgreens close by that goes above & beyond. Thanks Joseph!

The fat white guy manager followed me around the store like I was a thief never shop here again it was about 11 am followed me out of the store after I paid!!!! fat white guy with white hair. NEVER GIVE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!

The absolute worst pharmacy experience, avoid at all costs. This is not a review because someone was rude to me once or any of that not sense. I’d been getting my prescriptions here for years and over the past 6 months it’s become unbearable. Their system messes up constantly doctors have to send in the same script over and over. One person tells you something will be ready, another has no idea what you are talking about. They really do put peoples lives at risk at this point with how inept they’ve become. DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE ITS DANGEROUS AND HAS CAUSED ME MEDICAL HARM AS U WAS GIVEN MISINFORMATION AND SCRIPTS NOT BEING READY AS I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE!

Just went for a simple Fed-EX drop off and was under the assumption they could print the label there and take the package. When someone finally got around to help me, he said he didn't know how to print the label and he had to get a manger. 15 minutes later a manager shows up with an attitude assuming I'm looking for an argument. I didn't know they only took packages with labels on them. It's pretty easy to explain without being so rude. I guess train your employees simple communication skills and put people into management who know how to speak to people. No desire to walk in this store for anything again
