The lady behind the desk couldn’t be bothered to find my package despite having tracking confirmation that the package was delivered. She did the same thing to the customer in front of me so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.

If had shown such incompetence at any of my previous jobs I would have been fired. Wasted taxes. Missing packages, mail going to wrong people, inexcusably poor attitude, I mean honestly would far prefer having mailboxes and cut the BS out.

The people who work there are great and are always patient with me & finding my many packages. The only thing that is difficult is the office hours are only M-F 10am - 12pm & 2pm-4pm. It makes it difficult to get packages from them (especially if they’re time sensitive) & certain places won’t deliver to homes in this area. There used to be more open hours, but I guess they have changed that. Other than that, they’re wonderful there.

I think this is a wonderful small town post office employees are very helpful and extremely nice in this day and age that is greatly appreciated I just rented a mailbox here three months ago and so glad I did I get great service with a smile

If you push your junk mail back though the slot they will recycle it for you. It’s good to recycle

This spot is a tiny gem! Short lines, no rude entitled employees or nasty customers complaining about the line. I am going to bring that sweet hard working woman who helped me flowers next time! She fixed up the package, rang up the shipment and did not once try to up sell me except for to ask if I needed anything else! I really enjoyed the small town atmosphere and will be going back! If you are rude or having a bad day, please take your packages elsewhere. Thank you & have a blessed day!

Yay for Crystal Beach P.O. Super nice Postal Workers. Yeah, we don't get mail delivery in Crystal Beach and that is a good thing. I run into friends I don't see all the time, I get timely information from the community board and get to pet a few pooches now and then. Its a community thing that is lost in a lot of places, not here. As a bonus the folks at 34681 are awesome. They remember your name, they always help, every one should take a lesson in civility from the Postpeople in Crystal Beach, than you, thank you, thank you!

Super nice postal employees here! One suggestion...is it possible to get the box drop off emptied over the weekend? I often go there and can't drop off a prepaid package because it's full!

I really, REALLY wish this post office either opened earlier, stayed open later or until at least noon on Saturday. 10-12pm then 2-4pm only. I work a full time job. I’m not home during those hours. If I have a package I either have to take time off of work or make arrangements for someone to pick it up (which isn’t easy because everyone I know works). Every one who works there is super nice though! I have went in during closed hours to get my mail and heard someone in the back, they were more than happy to unlock the side door and hand me my package. But they are not always there to do so.

I love going to this post office. Never a negative experience and since it's a small community, feels great getting to know and greet the postmaster and employees. Jay is always a ray of sunshine and smiles! Denise makes you feel at home, patient and great with the kiddos!

From the outside you would think that this is a nice quaint small-town post office. But the customer service here sucks royally. I am forced to have a post office box here because this small town doesn't receive mail service to your house. Anytime I get a package I have to either take off of work or send someone to pick it up from the window. The window is only open for up to two hours a day! And those hours are when I'm at work! The worst part is when you call for assistance you get some snarky smart a$$ dude who gives zero percent empathy for you the customer being inconvenienced by their crappy hours. They no longer offer package pickup on Saturday either. Plus UPS and FEDEX can't deliver directly to your house, so you have to come here to pick them up too. This place has the customer service of a post office in the Soviet Union.
