The clerks at this office have been friendly and helpful. There are some post offices that feel like the stereotype of a dmv. I used to low key dread going to mail something at the counter. This office defied those expectations. We are always in and out fairly quickly without a hassle. Our mail carrier is great too! He always gives a friendly greeting and drives carefully.

I never give reviews.. but the lady working behind the counter on 7/8 at 3:20pm was AWFUL. I watched her in line give every single customer (around 3 people) a problem with what they were sending or how they had packed it. I knew my luck would take me to her station and I ended up walking out and going to a further post office purely based on her attitude and how she spoke to others. The man working seemed very cheerful, but to her it must have been Opposite Day.

I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone on the phone at the post office. I contacted USPS via their website stating my issue and the representative from our local post office called almost immediately. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He got me all the information I needed to solve my issue.

Went here a week before Christmas expecting it to be a nightmare but the line moved quickly and everyone behind the counter was extremely kind and efficient. Thank you guys!

If I could give 0 starts I would. Who ever delivers for my area in Palm Harbor has been delivering my packages and god knows what else to the wrong address. Correct building and apt number but wrong street name and wrong complex. You cant get ahold of anyone in this office. No one answers the phone. I filed a complaint and was basically told that it happens. There have been 4 packages so far sent to this wrong address and I have only been able to recover 2. And that was because I went to their door. This is so unacceptable its insane. I guess filing a police report and report to the Post Master is the next step.

Terrible - can't get proper instructions on how to apply for nonprofit bulk mail rate application. I went twice and the supervisor was suppose to call me with the information but he never called after 4 days....
