“Pep Boys in Palm Harbor is excellent. I made an appointment to bring my car in for flat tire repair. I arrived at the appointment time and they took me right in with no delay. The wait time for repair was less than an hour and the cost was extremely reasonable. The tire is fixed and the spare tire is neatly stowed away as before. Very satisfied with the entire experience. Highly recommended.”

“Well im back, I was in need of an oil change and I had low air in one of my tires, turns out there was a screw and needed a patch. Andrew the new manager took care of all of my questions and was very friendly, he even took the time to explain the reasons behind the future repairs he noted in the inspections. The attention to detail the team showed here is very much appreciated, I have a car cymbal hooked into my air vent, and they even straightened that out and im pretty sure tightened the screw on that!!
Had a screw in my tire recently, the crew here took care of the job perfectly and got me back on the road as fast as the tire arrived i couldn't ask for more!”

Was notified of other needed work on our truck…no pressure to complete.
When we went to pick up our truck the gentleman at the counter was great.(forgot his name)
He remembered my husbands name from the day before.
He introduced himself to me.
He explained everything to us and thanked us for using Mavis tires.
