The grooming was great but I was told a price of 60.00 for a full grooming and bath but they charged me 70.00. I tried to talk to the manager but she didn't care. We won't be back. That's crooked and we don't do business with crooks. She said that the person I spoke with must have given me an estimate but no they told me that was the price not an estimate. Two trips in one, First and Last.

Best groomer around! I took my little old man there after another place had cancelled on him and been unable to reschedule. This is the best he’s ever looked! They did such a great job with him that we’ve already rebooked!

I've taken our dog there numerous times. The last two visit have not been a great experience. First I had to move my appt (w 2 days notice so well within their 24 hr policy) and when I went to drop my dog off at the newly schedule appt I was informed we didn't have an appt scheduled and they couldn't do it that day. Ok let's get another appt as soon as you have an opening - no big deal. On pick up I was charged $20 for a missed appt plus did not receive the $5 discount for scheduling next appointment at pick up (which I have been doing since we started). Not to mention they raised the prices sometime in between the monthly appointments w no mention to anyone. I again scheduled our next grooming and upon pick up last week I was charged the full price again. Was there some sort of management or staff change over the last few months? Things are going downhill.

This business was recommended to us by our neighbors. Lyric is by far the best groomer we have experienced since owning Koda. For the first time, the ears, feet and face were trimmed to perfection. Koda has never looked this good. Thanks Quinn for your recommendation!! Lyric is awesome!!!

Be Aware...Very Disappointed...after 4 yrs coming here, I'm done!I couldn't pick my LHASA APSO up after the 2hr window because I was stuck at work and they charged me for a day care fee. It cost me $100 for a haircut and fee for not picking up my dog in 2 hrs. THE ICING ON THE CAKE WAS I ASKED IF THEY LET HER OUT TO PEE AND THE LADY TOLD ME NO!!! I think that's called neglecting your pet!!! BE AWARE

The Sandy Paw Pet Spa is always a great experience for my dog Seymour. He's a wiggle worm if he has to wait too long to be groomed, but the SPPS is time efficient. He's usually ready for pick up within 1-2 hours. Their attention to detail is amazing, and they do a great job with clipping his nails. I moved out of FL over a year ago for work, but recently came to visit again with my dog. I made a grooming appointment with SPPS specifically so my dog would have yet another great experience being groomed. For reference, Seymour is a 78lb Portuguese Water Dog. We can't wait to move back to the area in two years so the SPPS can be our forever groomers. Our most recent groomer at the SPPS was Alexis. She did a fantastic job!
