I had been looking for an antique front door
I went on Etsy and there it was
I called Josh at Tampa bay salvage
He gave me a great price
And shipped me the door so perfectly crated. He said I made his week and told him he made mine. I am beyond thrilled with the whole experience

I’m not sure how to rate, because we couldn’t look at anything. I suggest calling before going. We arrived at 10:30 on a Saturday and they were closed. No sign on the door or message on the machine about being on vacation or having alternate hours.

My husband and I were looking for a live edge dining table to be shipped to Illinois. The owners were very nice and accommodating in person and we were happy with the pieces they were showing us. I referred to one of the finished (but sold) items on the floor to give them an idea of what I was looking for. After finding the unfinished piece we liked, we paid our deposit with the understanding that we would get the finished table delivered the first week of July (3 months). All was good so far. Then, they said the piece was completed (before we could take delivery) and when I reminded them of when we could take delivery, they asked for payment in full to hold it. We paid them in full, against my better judgement. When we were in Illinois and prepared for delivery, we didn't hear from them after repeated phone calls and even speaking to their secretary who gave every excuse as to why they went silent on us..."they're out of the country", "they are busy", etc. Not one phone call from the owners explaining anything as to why they were not delivering the table. It was the worst experience in customer service I've I've ever had. It seemed like after they received our money, they didn't care to even communicate with us. I would have been happy with even one phone call from them letting us know the status. My husband and I made so many unanswered phone calls to them and we were so frustrated. The only reason I gave them the two stars I did was because the table did finally arrive, and although it is not the color I showed them on the floor sample, and we haven't had enough time to even use the table, my husband likes it. I would have given them 5 stars if it weren't for the horrible customer service and lack of respect for their customers.

So seven months ago I messaged the owner about a product they posted on Instagram. I said that I would buy it, and they said that it would be in store January. It is august and still no product. I have messaged them repeatedly and they do not respond, they give me no updates on the item. I was going to use this item to start a small business. I spent hundreds of dollars setting up an LLC and opening a small business account. At this point they have still not reached out to me, and I am out all this money. This is not the kind of customer service I expected.dont depend on these people.
