The area is kept clean and includes a building for bait and a restroom. Parking costs $2 for a car and $4 for a boat and trailer for all day. Some visitors use it to meet boat charters. However, a serious warning has been issued: a user reported a fraudulent card scanner at the parking kiosk, resulting in a large unauthorized withdrawal, so caution is advised when paying.
