I am not sure they even cleaned my items. They definitely damaged my Carolina Herrara Silk belt and the dress still had wrinkles. I am so upset. Why would you put safety pins in a silk belt? I made it very clear how delicate the material was and I was assured “we deal with it all the time”.

0 stars. They put safety pins (4 holes) in a silk Carolina Herrara Belt. To top it all off the matching Carolina Herrara silk dress still had wrinkles. I am not sure if they cleaned my items or just damaged them.

I brought a very sentimental jacket to Suncountry cleaners to be altered. I brought it in on Wednesday. They told me it may not be ready till next week. I was pleasantly surprised when they call me yesterday and told me it was ready the workmanship and the quick completion of the item was amazing. They did a beautiful job, I told him that it was a jacket that my deceased husband had probably worn for 40 or 45 years and I wanted it altered so I could wear it thank you so much

I have brought multiple items to this facility that were delicate and difficult to clean. Lisa was very informative regarding potential concerns. The service was completed in a timely fashion with no problems and exceeded my expectations. The price was more than fair!
Jeanie assisted me at my last visit, she was very thorough in documenting the work order.
The staff is very friendly and professional.
I will definitely recommend!

These women are wonderful. I brought in two silky (difficult to hem) pairs of pants. They measured, marked and completed the alterations in one day. I’m impressed both pairs look great.

I kindly walked in, handed over a worn formal dress and "Jeanie" was extremely rude and disrespectful in her comments. Jeanie asked me if 'THE DRESS WAS LIKE THE LAST TIME I DROPPED IT OFF CAUSE, IT ABOUT MADE HER THROW UP!!!!!!!' Then, when I kindly told her that her comment was extremely rude and inappropriate, she denied it and rushed to say she had a "witness". Interesting because NOBODY but her and I were in the store early Monday morning April 29, 2024 when her rude behavior occurred! Jeanie also implied that I made it up smh. JEANIE IS A LIAR!!
What sane professional woman says that to someone dropping off dirty clothes to get professionally cleaned? Disgraceful behavior Jeanie! Jeanie has NO business interracting with people at all and should be fired immediately for insulting a Disabled Veteran customer with a medical condition! I emailed the customer service listed and have received absolutely NO apology or acknowledgement for this unacceptable atrocious behavior! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!
***Edit** I noticed you deleted the review and comment I left on your company Facebook page. The public needs to be fully aware of what type of rude inconsiderate people you have working there. Only leaving the positive reviews isn't honest! But I guess that's why you hired a LIAR like Jeanie.

60 bucks to have 2 pair of pants hemmed, included 10 dollar fee for 2 day turnaround, no coupon offered, no senior citizen discount.
Will give them one more chance on dry cleaning some shirts only because they are convenient.
But there is another cleaner across the street that I have gone to before.
