The customer service skills And the amount of patience was on point by Alicia I stood by why I Witnessed 2 grown men speak down to this woman . As they were having technical difficulties and could only accept cash. And the men that where so nasty to her that shame on them and how she handled it so professionally. Was amazing I don't know how she kept it together but she did. And if I was her there's no way but she did an awesome job kudos to her staying professional the entire time great work people notice and respect you keep up the hard work

Gas pumps ajaculative,and no hankies to be found. Workers there haven't restocked it at all every time I have been there . For 2 years. I won't be going back and don't recommend this stop for bikers . The pumps stink . You can't slow a few of them down enough, and they spit gas all over the bike . I built a few gas station canopies in my day, and I know how much these fools are making. They could have better pumps . They could show a little care and at least reload the paper towel dispensers. I could just blame the workers, but as I observe, it is usually poor management.
Since I posted this review, I was with someone who stopped in at this filling station.
The paper towel dispensers were refilled.

Quick service and clean. Stop here almost every morning for a cup of coffee. The girls on the shift are great friendly and try to make you feel appreciated. This is why I keep coming back

Bathrooms don't work. Many Speedway gas stations are great for gas and a quick bathroom break, but not this one.

The team at this location is absolutely perfect. The store is always clean. You can tell the employees here care about there customers. I visit this store 5 to 6 days a week and have never had an issue.

Don’t ever come in with your refill cup because girl charges you full price saying they don’t except refills so you have to pay full price crazy cuz I’ve gotten refills before. She was rude and told her I won’t be back and she said that was fine! Guess I’ll never buy gas nor products at this location ever again!

Every night when the little bald guy James is working, they lock the bathrooms and say they are closed. This is not 1 am on a Saturday, its 7pm on a Tuesday. I have lived in this neighborhood for 5 years and it was never like this. James is extemely condensing and says it is due to liability and from Corperate. It really is they just don't want to clean the bathrooms.This place is literally behind my neighboorhood and extremely convienent. I will gladly take my 175 gallon boat and truck 100 miles before I spend one penny more at this place. The real liability is lazy employees costing the owner and company business.I can put 500 dollars of gas in my boat, but taking a piss there at 7pm is a liability?

Very negative experience today when i went in to put $10 in my car and the cashier asked if i wanted any MnM’s n i said no thanks n he had the audacity to say “i could n eat the MnM’s in my face mask like a mule” Im Puerto Rican n Im Kinda Offended, at 5:45-5:51 on 06-20-22 i went in, i talked to an older man working. Very disapointed in theyre communication skills with with customers. They just got done helping an older lady too with milk, But i guess i can get that people hate theyre jobs but they dont need to take it out on others especially customers, I legally am required to wear a face mask cause of my job and in totality saying that i can believe it was racially motivated. All i asked for was $10 on 7 n he asked if i wanted MnM’s n said what i put previously, Im just offended cause he immediately profiles me cause theyre insecure of theyre own life. Im a nice person, just a very intimidating n rude interaction! very bad joke. Id rather fill up my tank for $4.37 instead of paying $4.80 to get treated with disrespect when all i did was wear my mask and yes gas is $4.37/g. I feel bad for that sorry sap cause he has a problem with covid masks for work, oooooo covid masks are gonna get u oh noooo… [joe biden meme] “cmon man”
I bet hes the same guy who spammed on every companies google review that “mandates are over take down the signs” when it was only personal preference because of work, Messed up they even said those words when i was only in the store for 2 mins and 32 sec, they were nice to the old lady buying the milk infront of me but when i stepped up to pay for gas they were rude n i didnt say anything to them, they just felt like they had to say it because i guess some people just hate living or just hate theyre jobs they take it out on others because they’re insecure about theyre own lifestyle. Please pull it up on security footage. Individuals like this joker shouldnt even have a line of job like this if they cant handle someone simply buying gas. Just pathetic performance to work in this wonderful speedway environment, They bring shame to the place n themselves, i just hope they dont act this way in theyre next job…
