They had an ad in our local news paper, it sounded so good and I called. Who ever answered my call spent all of his time criticizing what I had and didn’t talk about what he had to offer. So I told him that this was not what I had experienced he hung up on me. I tried to call back and left a message and the call was never returned. So I checked BBB and saw some complaints. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I had a great experience with Marc and his team of installers. Marc is very knowledgeable about video and internet and ultimately got me the best deal with DISH and internet. I'm saving more than 25% from Spectrum and getting more channels and faster internet.

I had a great experience with Marc and his team of installers. I wanted to switch to Directv and bundle my internet with it. After Marc explained all of my options, he recommended DISH to me based on what I watch on a more frequent basis. Not only that, but it turned out to be cheaper than the Directv equivalent. He took care of the entire switch over process and I didn't need to lift a finger. His installer was very polite and helpful in showing me how to work the system. I definitely recommend using SkySat 20.

I called Sky Sat 20 from an ad in the Citrus county Chronicle . I have been very happy and cut my cable bill almost 30 % . I can only say good things about them . My neighbor had them and went back to Spectrum and now regrets it. No surprise as my neighbor is an idiot and is never happy with any one or thing, married 4 times need I say more .

The only reason why I'm giving them 1 star is the fact that you can bundle internet and tv together. Other than that the customer service is beyond poor. The representatives lie and they purposely neglect noting any activity or conversations onto your account. The company charges you for equipment you already had and lie to try to justify the charges. As soon as my contract ends I'm so done with them amd AT&T.
