Salon Bella Flora is superb. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. I been going to Nick for little over 4 years now and he's a New Yorker so you know, you're in good hands! ? Professional, realiable and always fun to talk to. If you could, you'd sit there with him for hours and still have stuff to chat and laugh about. He's just a great, genuine personality and impeccable hairstylist with many years of experience. I can finally brag about having one of the best hairstylists in town!

I really recommend this salon. I color my hair there 3 times with 3 different women's and every each time i was very happy with the results. Also very nice and professional.

If you men are wondering if a salon cuts men's hair than it sure does! This is probably one of my favorite haircuts so far. Love the people there and the environment, The barber did a good job on my hair, specially after I got a bad haircut from another shop that I won't ever go to again, these people saved my hair and weekend!

Especially as an interior designer, I need to look as good as possible and of course having beautiful hair is an essential part of that. I've been going to the excellent stylists at Salon Bella Flora for literally decades. I started out with Nick at the Glamorous Life salon, stayed with him when he opened Nicholas Michael at the current location, and still, after he sold the salon to Flora, the current owner of Salon Bella Flora. Nick has been cutting my hair for more years than I want to count and I always enjoy our conversations as he is full of stories. Having been trained at Vidal Sassoon in New York City, he knows which styles are most flattering on me and how to give my hair more volume. Once I had Nick cut and style my hair, I had no reason to go anywhere else. And once the pesky grays appeared, Flora colors them away with her fabulous eye for color. She mixes up the best hair colors to not only cover the gray but also makes my hair so pretty with highlights and gloss! In fact, judging by the hair on the men and women leaving the salon, all the stylists are very talented. It truly is a beauty salon. About 11 years ago, we moved over an hour away, and the drive was getting a bit much, so I tried a local salon or two but was less than thrilled with the results. Now I'm back and know beyond a shadow of doubt that Salon Bella Flora is worth the drive.

more than disappointed! I saw the good rewiews and thought it was a good choice.... Actually never had such a poor experience anywhere!!! Olivia was my stylist. I told her about my residue issue in the front where I have to use hair spray. she only paid attention to the left front, as if the other side did not exist. then after washing my hair she could not part it in the middle, it was crooked. I pointed it out and she didn't notice and handed me the comb!!! it was obvious like night and day! She didn't blow dry to create volume. Later she checked the residue, again only on one by side. I pointed out the other side, she checked and didn't say anything. And all that for $58!!! Even at Super Cuts I get better results and spend a lot less! I am so disappointed and can't understand the ratings at all.

I got my hair done with Nick after specifically requesting someone who could razor my hair. The problem is he didn't listen when I said 3 times or more that I need it razored throughout. I know my hair obviously and he's met me only once. He insisted only the ends need to be razored and only thinned it by trimming throughout. I just gave up and decided to see how it looked after drying and styling the next day. I shouldn't have to feel like I'm arguing with a stylist. I just want to get my hair cut and feel good after. I will never return to a stylist who doesn't listen. My request was not outlandish. Bring cash to pay your hair washer since some stylists there are likely independent contractors like he is and likely wouldn't be tip sharing with them. He did a good job otherwise, but the thickness ruins my hair's appearance and manageability overall.

Nearly $200 with tip to have my roots done and layers cut around face and highlights are almost invisible. When stylist noticed my apprehension she said that next time we could go lighter but she goes for a natural look. Did not get the vibe that she'd be okay correcting right then. Hair looks drab and I'm seeing greys more than ever due to toner and lo-lights applied. Cut was ok. Will see how the cut and color grow out to determine whether I will return.
