Getting a hold of Safelite is a nightmare. Can't talk to a real person. We had a leak with our windshield. Tried to use the online form to schedule an appointment. They do not show a leak as an option. Had to fudge the form to get an appointment. Got appointment and had to pay up front. Waited 4 hours for technician. No one showed. Checked online and they had canceled our appointment without telling us. Said they would refund our money. Had to go to credit card company for help getting refund. Would not recommend this company.

Had front windshield replaced. Was told inspection stickers were in car. They were not.Called several times, said they would call back, never did.Now have to pay for new inspection and emission stickers..Next too impossible to speak with anyone unless you schedule an appointment.

When I made the appointment and left the car I asked why so many bad reviews. The counter lady just smiled. Now I know. No calls allowed in for status.... impossible. Disrespectful responses from the National office. I have no way of knowing when the car is ready to find transportation. So far, 6 hours to fix a windshield and no end in sight. How does a company like this survive? They cut all contact after they have the car. Beware, beware , find anyone else. I know I will try my best to save others.

My technician Joe was very knowledgeable and even took his time to explain what the process was before replacing my windshield. To lower my anxiety of having my 1st ever replacement. The other technicians called Joe "big bird". I'm assuming it was because he was the leader of the flock. Lol great environment!

Setup 2 appointments for both of our vehicles. Upon showing up at “their shop” they were unable to get the glass and didn’t reach out before, rescheduled for the following week and the same thing occurred again after showing up for my appointment. Our other vehicle was supposed to have a mobile service and they also had to reschedule at the time they were due to show up as a result of being unable to get the glass. I just told them after the 3rd cancel I’ll take it to another location (Us19 store next to Leaders) as this crew doesn’t seem to have it together.

Couldn't have been easier. Dropped the car off and picked it up. the glass installation looks perfect.
