The store itself is a good one, but there is a cashier named Annette who shouldn’t be working there as she is dedicated to chasing customers away.
Annette has been having issues with me since the beginning she started working there. She chooses who she will greet when they walks in the store and who doesn’t deserve it. No surprise I’m one that doesn’t deserve it, being younger and attractive. Whenever I go to the checkout she starts doing random things (like pushing carts, folding returned clothes etc.) pretending to be busy so she can make me wait longer. She’s rude during the checkout, not saying Thank you, please hello or buy” and turns towards the next customer while handing the receipt to me and starts calling “next in line” while I’m still there. Once I had pair of sandals for return and she was acting as if it was a big problem and I was doing something inappropriate. Last time I went there she even put my merchandise in a used bag – all crumpled and who knows how clean it was!!! I regret it not saying anything right there since her manager was also there. I just said to my kid – Oh wow, I guess I’m getting an used bag now and left.
Employees like Annette greatly hurt what is otherwise a good businesses. They shouldn’t be allowed to treat some of the customers like intruders! I always leave the store with bad taste in my mouth because of Annette

Is a little disorganized but I can usually find something pretty cool.Also a little slow with the lines at the location in palm harbor. The other locations are great

This place needs to seriously take a look at their employment. You constantly wait in line because there always one person working the register. There's currently 6 groups waiting in line as I write this.
Updating this for a second time, years later this establishment is still the same. Management should be ashamed of themselves.
