Overpriced and made a dress shorter than I asked for that its pretty much useless unless I wear shorts underneath it. I definitely won't be going back or won't recommend anyone to go here.

Great service! I stumbled upon them behind McDonald's on 19 when I needed a quick repair on a pair of pants I needed to wear that night...and they fixed them on the spot! I'll be back!

Rose Tailor--thank you for your fine work and generosity to Elisa Nelson Elementary!!! You repaired our school's table clothes that we primarily use for the schoolwide enrichment program--it's a small detail that goes a long way in helping the kids feel proud as they showcase their hard work at the end of each semester. We really appreciate the great deal you gave us! Now we can continue using the tablecloths we have instead of trying to buy new ones :-)

Couldn’t even give me a price what a huge disappointment
Was willing to do multiple business with this shop for the brothers in church couldn’t even give me a price I asked, roughly how much in the ballpark area on what it would cost he refused to give me a estimate on roughly how much it would cost to get some pants fitted

I brought him (the owner I believe, a Mr. Abdallahad Bassous,) two pairs of pants for shortening. I put one on and he measured it. I asked about measuring the second one and he said if they were the same brand he didn’t need to measure. They were so I paid the $40 plus tax and left them. After I picked them up and tried them on at home, I discovered one was fine at 29” inseam. The second was mid ankle and 27” inseam. I went back and asked about the discrepancy, and he told me “this is your fault”. Apparently, I failed to tell him they were the same brand but different lengths, and I wanted them to both be 29” inseam. I left in a huff without the ill fitting pants as he chased me to the parking lot trying to give me the useless, too short, and ruined pants. Now he has the pants and the money. My wife was with me and confirms he measured only one pair and she even asked if he needed to measure both and he said "no". Apparently we should have insisted on both being measured. His response is not accurate or true.

My husband and I have brought several items to Rose Taylor Shop and have never been disappointed. They are professional and set proper expectations on what to expect, timeliness for repair, etc. I most recently stopped in with what I thought would need a zipper replacement and they were able to fix it for me right on the spot. Great service at this specialty shop!
