I had been bringing my dog Boo for almost 9 years until he passed away in December. I started bringing our new dog, Lily (same breed as Boo a Maltese) there in December and was happy until today. Prices have already increased within the past year or so as well. Today Lily had a full groom and the charge was $65.00. I was also charged an additional $5.00 for matting on her chest and tail (more brushing was required). I have never been charged extra charges. When I asked the woman behind the counter she said more matting can happen during allergy season. I love the groomer, Tracy but I will be finding a different place to take my dog. Inflation is already bad enough and then I get charged this extra fee. I always tip very well and even during the holidays. With tip today I paid $82.00 which is a lot of money. I really loved this place, but they have lost a loyal customer today over $5.00.

THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING HERE...I have been going to this groomer for years, I don't know what happened, last month i took my doddle to them to have a wash and groom and when i saw what she looked like i almost cried, her hair was chopped up and they shaved between her eyes (pic attached) and i clearly tell them each time to not touch her eyelashes and each time they cut them off, the owner offered to fix what she could, and she tried but not much better, i thought i would give them another chance this month since they promised not to use that groomer on Zayla my doddle, this time her ears are all different sizes and chopped up and they missed so many hairs on her face, they were random sticking up here and there, and of course they shaved her eyelashes off again!! It looks as if they have 4 year old kids doing the grooming, they also always shave her private parts right to the skin and she gets razor burn each time, you would think for the money we spend there they could get it right, I will never bring any dog to pupperazi again

I have been going to my groomer Tracy Liberty at Puperazzi Pet Spa for a number of years. Tracy is the Best and the Owner and Staff are always friendly and very helpful.

We called for a same day appointment and they happily worked us in. We even were allowed to drop her off a little early so we could run other errands. The team was super friendly and loving with the dogs. When you check out you get a report card kind of explaining what was done and how our dog behaved, rather she was scared the whole time or eventually relaxed. They also advised us that while cleaning her ears they think she has a double ear infection, which we had no idea so we are glad they communicated that with us. They followed our instructions for the grooming perfectly and gave her a little banana to wear. Highly recommend this place.

I am visiting the Tampa Bay area and have been looking for a good groomer for my Dazy for a couple of yrs.... I happened to stumble across Pupperazi and decided to give them a try.. I have not be disappointed... I brought Dazy in for a bath and go and nail trim two weeks ago and again today for a full groom.. Dazy is a 7 yr old Shih tzu.. Tracy did her groom today and I was very pleased with the result... Tracy and I spoke when I dropped her off so I could let her know what I expected.. Tracy thank you so much for a great job... I am visiting the area and plan to return often and will not have to worry about getting Dazy groomed ahead of time.. Try this place you will not be disappointed.. Thanks again to the entire staff at Pupperazi..

They cut my puppy’s hair exactly how I requested. Even brought her out to me before finishing to make sure I liked where the cut was going. Will absolutely return. Rachel is very helpful.
