USELESS PNC, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wonderful experiences at the PNC Banks in Palm Harbor and Port Richey. Needed to cancel a cashier's check and have the money wired instead. Everyone at both banks went above and beyond. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Definitely turned a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Appreciate all that was done.

I was appalled after being a loyal customer for over 10 years and referring many of my family members and friends also over the years! I was literally totally turned off by the employees snobby behavior right when I walked in the door and asked if I could open a new checking account! I pulled my mask down so that she could hear me and when there was literally not ONE PERSON in the whole bank, besides two tellers who both had in face shields behind a huge Plexi glass shields and one customer in an office doing business. She literally told me to keep my mask up!? I'd already been working with children for 5 hours behind a mask where I can hardly breathe but we can't be 6 feet apart. Here, there was WAY MORE THAN 6 feet distance with nobody around me. I was going to open another checking account but I will definitely be taking my new business somewhere else to do my banking because of these rude staff tellers who are very lucky to still be working in these hard times, where people are being told they can't work, can't hug, can't be near anyone, so this was my last start with an entitlement attitude such as this. NOT that it was any of their business and they are not allowed to ask but I have a disability with PTSD and panic attacks and they have no right to tell me to wear a mask, especially with all the precautions they have taken and when there is nobody else in the whole bank near me! I had it on to wear when I met with someone in their office but in a open area where they are behind thick plexiglass, this is literally too far!! You can mandate your employees to wear masks but by law you may not make your customers wear masks, since there is no longer even a county mandate!

I would put a negative number if I could! Sat in drive up for 35 minutes just to make a deposit! If you are going to close the lobby...the LEAST you can do is open more than one drive up window!!!! Why can't we come in and stay 6 feet apart like EVERY other necessary business??

Terrible place to bank. I disputed something back in April for a charge that was fraudulent and I was granted the funds back with the exception that I fill out a survey. They never mailed me the survey then on the 90th day they reversed the money. Overreacted my account then I called them and told them I never received their survey and asked them to provide me that date they mailed it to me they couldn't answer then I called 3 more times. Was put on hold one time for over 30 minutes just to get hung up on. Then the next day a gentleman named Ben called stating he will try to have my dispute real ones within 48 hours and will call me back. Well he called me back and told me there's nothing they can do it's been over 120 days. Mind you it's now to this date only been 98 days and counting. So how can a bank not be able to add? This place is terrible I do not recommend this bank to anyone!

Bottom line, Cathy could have and should have contacted person in charge fir my issue while I waited instead of wasting my whole day with my doing leg work and phone calls . Basic stuff they’re undereducated on! Unacceptable! I luckily do nit bank there!

I have been banking here since 2015 and with PNC since 2009 in Ohio I have always had a great experience with them the staff is very helpful and friendly this location is the closest thing to how local neighborhood banks used to be.

Worst freaking nightmare of my life. Had "Cathy" lie to me about the account I opened, and ended up having a large chunk of money in limbo because they wouldn't complete the bank transfer. By lying about it, she jeopardized my ability to pay my rent. Also, they sent my new debit card to the wrong address and I didn't receive it for almost a month. How there are people on here giving this place 5 stars is beyond me. NEVER AGAIN...
