“I cannot overstate what a pleasure it has been to work with St. Mary Pharmacy. My mom is elderly and has had a hard time keeping track of her medications. After multiple failed attempts to get one of the “big box” pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens, or even mail order shops like Express Scripts to create blister packs for her, I turned to St. Mary to see what they could do. They not only created the blister packs for her, but they did it promptly and worked seamlessly with her Primary Care Physician to get her prescriptions transferred there. It is SO refreshing to work with the staff there. Talking to “human beings” that remember you and know your situation vs. a call center of random people or whoever happens to be working that day a big box retail outlet has significant improved our customer experience. After just a few visits, Marco, their head pharmacist, knows me and my mom by name, recognizes me when I walk in the door, and always makes the time to answer any questions I have. They’ll also mail your prescriptions directly to your house free of charge if you find that more convenient than showing up there in person. I highly recommend using these guys; especially if you have special/unique needs that require a more personal touch.”

“I have been using this pharmacy at Riviera Plaza Publix for a few years now and honestly it's the best I've found in the area. I haven't had any issues and they're quick to advise when they are out of a medication or something needs to be fixed.
I also used them back when my cat Merlin (RIP) had to get an expensive inhaler and they were so kind about it all, always asking how he was doing and were really interested in the technique I used to give it to him (AeroKat). Just a really great staff that is helpful and competent!”

“Store is bright, clean & looks welcoming! I came here because my local Publix did not have three months of my prescription. They filled it immediately! That is a tremendous service since I am leaving on vacation soon. I did not buy food while I was here, since I was on the way to a medical appointment. But everything in the produce department looked fresh and inviting. I did use a BOGO coupon for two hallmark cards. I don't mean to be disloyal to my Hallmark store, but I'm here and I needed the cards. The staff here is supportive and efficient. If I am ever in the area, I would not hesitate to come here. It is just as wonderful as my local Publix.”

Not only was it familiar, all the staff recognized him. One of them even knew that he was a hugger with a book full of car pictures. Great people.
