It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. I've been a customer since 2005, and haven't had any issues until this spring. About 3 months ago, I found black bugs in a bag of dog food after I bought it and got home. Pet Supermarket took the food back, issued a refund, and I bought another bag. That had bugs in it, too. I called, returned the bag, bought a brand new bag of food from a different aisle, and 3 days later, THAT bag had bugs and worms, larvae, in it. I was livid. Management told me the food comes in like that. I've been cooking for my dogs since this happened, but bought a bag of food yesterday to supplement their diet while we're away, and to my amazement, this bag has bugs and worms in it, too. The management refunded the purchase, and continues to claim the food is delivered to their store this way.
I'm never shopping here again.

I went in for some fish food and figured I might get another fish or two to add to my tank. There were so many dead fish in the tanks it was sad. One fish was being attacked by the other fish in the tank because they’re clearly not compatible- the poor thing barely had any tail left and had a huge wound on its back.
When I was going to checkout another guest stepped in front of me and cut me in line. The cashier only mouthed “sorry” to me instead of saying something to this other guest. The other cashier was helping a guest find an item, and then took them directly to the register to pay rather than directing them towards the line.
Just a weird experience overall and I will go elsewhere in the future
