I was having an issue getting my windshield replaced with another company. I was requesting OE glass and was even willing to pay, but they just mad it such a hassle. That’s when I reached out to Lexus of Wesley Chapel and they recommended Mr Auto Glass. What was taking the better part of three weeks with the other company, took Mr Auto Glass roughly 72 hours from start to finish. They replaced it with OE glass, as requested, but the first person I talked to made sure I knew my options and didn’t give me a hassle when I opted for the more expensive option. I appreciated being educated, but not dictated what was going to be done to my vehicle. The gentleman who installed it was great. He was kind and professional. It was refreshing to work with industry professionals who made the entire process super easy, barely an inconvenience.

I'm so glad i got to work with them. They were on time I didn't have to lift a finger. They are so professional. A rock fell off my windshield I was so upset and worried now they fixed everything take care everything with the insurance company and all the paper work no problem. I am so thrilled with the services I received today. It's like no rock never fell off my windshiel. I am telling you i had a big cracked.Thank you guys for your efficiency. Really recommend this company.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! After dealing with safelite and ultimately having to cancel them and get a refund. I called Mr. Auto Glass yesterday 10/11 and not only did they find the correct part the same day, they went and got it from Brandon and made it to my appointment today 11/12! Brain was so fast and efficient. For a job that should’ve taken 3 to 4 hours took him about an hour if not less to take out and replace the back window on our truck and to mention it was raining off an on and he still followed through for us bc our back window didn’t require any glue, I am so delighted and 1000% will be using this company if I ever need another window replacement. Mr Auto Glass was so easy to work with! We had a soccer ball hit our windshield and it cracked all over. I spoke on Thursday for a quote, and had the quote within an hour.We scheduled for the following Tuesday. They came to my house, came early in the wait window and finished quickly.Very professional! I requested Mr. Auto Glass through my insurance company after being disappointed with the glass replacements at Safelite. Kay went above and beyond to contact the insurance company and complete the arrangements. Brian, my technician was an excellent communication, keeping me informed every step of the way. I had called safe light originally and was super super super unhappy with their service. My insurance and auto shop recommended Mr. Auto glass and I’m so glad they did. Brian, the man who came to replace my windshield, was AMAZING. Start to finish everyone I spoke to explained the entire process and was super accommodating. I called on a Friday and I was fit in the next Tuesday. Brian was only here for about 30 minutes, super quick and easy. Getting a huge crack in my window was stressful but Mr. Auto glass made the replacement such a smooth and painless process. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to any friends or family.
