“I had to call and ask SEVERAL questions about service, price points and phones. Ed answered all of them and was not only kind, courteous and patient, but he gave me a plethora of information so that I could help and inform my 85 year old father. He was incredibly upbeat and positive and I was already happy with Cricket but Ed was just one more reason that I would recommend Cricket! My only complaint is not with Ed but with Cricket, we live in the USA and I was appalled and very disappointed that as a Navy daughter and U.S. Marine Corps mother, the company does NOT give Military discounts. That is shameful! We would not have the freedoms we have without the men and women that have fought and continue to fight for our country!”
“VICTOR ALL DAY, EVERYDAY! Victor helped buy a $500 phone product for $100 and he did not have to. He checked the promos confirmed with the manager, and within 30 minutes I walked an extremely satisfied customer. He was extremely cordial, professional, and personable. If I had questions, he had answers and I was estatic about that! I would definitely recommend that if you got to this store ask for Victor Aybar!”
