I give them one star because I have to in order to comment. My Dr sent a script for a compound chemo cream. I received a text with the amount to pay. I called them an asked if they filled on my insurance only to be lied to by their staff. I had already checked with insurance and was told it was covered. Medrock stated they filled it and was refused. I called insurance back to find out it was never filed. I called Medrock back to then be told " we don't file compound cream because most insurance will not cover it." I was then told to file my own claim. I have now cancelled the prescription and will seek another pharmacy and yes there are others that mix compound.

I have not had a good experience with this pharmacy for a mail order! My Rx was sent on 4.20.24 and i was called on 4.23.24 stating my Rx will be mailed and the cost as well as took my card info as if they was going to process payment then ship, later that day I received a call stating they had questions and was waiting on my doctor to contact them back. As of 5.2.24 I hadn't heard from them so I called and was told they hadn't spoke to the doctor and they suggest I contact my doctor so I did and I was told they had spoke to them and not sure what else they nee ld but will give them a call. Now on 5.3.24 I get a call stating they need my card info again and when I told her they already had it that's when she said oh I see. It seem that the people on the phones are clueless and speaks unsure of what they are doing. Not happy the the process time nor the clueless customer service!
