I can only rate the one experience that I've had and it is probably the worst experience I have ever had with an auto mechanic. I have to admit it is hard to find a person who knows how to do a front end alignment on an old car like a 1966 Plymouth. Mcbees came highly recommended by a man who was into cars. I know now not to trust the word of one person. They took a bad situation and made it worse and they won't own up to it and they're very very difficult to get anywhere with and frankly have hung up the phone on me and won't even take my calls. I'm very old and not in good health anymore and this is the only car I have to drive so it is particularly harmful and hurtful that they have taken my money and didn't even do the work properly in fact it's so bad now it won't even drive down the road the front wheel squeals as it's on the pavement and there's all kinds of clanking going on . Is what I found out look at the photographs and see what they failed to diagnose before they attempted to do anything else. You cannot align a car if you have a bad lower control arm bushing as is shown in this photograph the smaller upper control arm bushings also are bad and this is easily determined by shining a pen light on them . This is the first thing you do before you attempt to do an alignment because alignments do not work when you have bad parts they were supposed to tell me if I had bad parts and then I would have had that repair done separately before an alignment was attempted . they aligned it so poorly that it won't hold the road. In the photo you can see that the wheel is angled to the standing level that should be barely visible but instead it's several degrees off and the tire is riding on the corner of the tire tread. My diagnosis of mcbees is that they didn't know what they were doing. I needed to have at least one lower control arm bushing and at least two upper control arm bushings repaired before it would be possible to align. I have a mechanic coming down from Greenville South Carolina to do the work and he showed me what I needed to look at and send him picture of. I just can't trust anybody down here anymore

Such an honest mechanic. I've been there twice now and both times he said I didn't need things done that I thought I did. Such a nice and honest guy. Totally appreciated!! Definitely bring your vehicles here!!

Awesome locally owned shop! Rick was super helpful, he diagnosed and solved my issue as you would expect. But what was different here is that unlike some shops that have a big ego or just know everything before they listen to the customer, I felt acknowledged and valued here. A+ experience!

Been taking our cars to Rick for over 20-years now. Was reading some of the reviews and could not find a single review less that 5-stars. Having said that, here is my 5-Star. Just recently I took my 4Runner in for a front end alignment. When I returned to pick up the car, there was no charge because an alignment was not needed. I'm just wondering what the scenario would have been if I had for some reason went to another garage. Not that I did not trust Rick's outcome, only grateful that Rick is in fact who he says he is, Knowledgeable, Fair and continues to be one of those folks who continues to make our Country proud............Keep Fighting the Good Fight, Rick
