I want to share my experience at The Mail Room! Ken the Owner is so Amazing! He cares for packages as if they were his own! He truly cares about his customers. There are so many unique cute gifts offered in the store.It really does feel good to support local small business & this one has a small town family vibe! I would give 100 ⭐️

The gentleman behind the desk was nice enough at first. I wanted to pay for sending a package out but they don't do NFC payments where I could pay w my phone. So had to get cash and come back in. Also, he didn't give my rent

I don't know what I would do without Ken. He is an ally in my business and provides world class customer service consistently. I really enjoy the gift shop offerings of the Mail Room. I never worry about obtaining an artful quirky piece of Florida to send my sister.

I recently went here, because I had misread my label. Thought it was fed ex but it was ups. So basically I went to the walgreens close to this store, and they recommended me to go here. Well it was early 30 mins before they opened, the gentleman that runs the store, still took my package and sent it out! No guestions asked! Just an all around great guy and store! I will now go here for all my mailing needs!

Our mother passed away and my sister and I live in different cities. I needed to fax paperwork to her and the gentleman who works at this Mail Room went out of his way to help my sister during a very difficult time in our lives. Thank you for your kindness and your help! Thank you!
