I was nervous about switching dog groomers after being at the same one for 5 years and getting my dogs comfortable getting groomed by someone new, but my dogs absolutely love it and they start getting excited as soon as we approach the door. The owners are super nice and welcoming and make payment and scheduling simple. I'd recommend to anyone, you won't be disappointed!

Aspen always looks amazing, and enjoys the free roam. It's such an easy website to navigate to setup her appointments, and the groomers are always so friendly.

I needed to get my dogs groomed before the holidays. I called on a Saturday to make an appointment for the next week, it was almost closing time per the website and I got so lucky. I was asked to bring them both in right then. During the holidays they are open every other Saturday all day. They are so nice there. My fur babies loved them. The cut was to perfection. I will be taking my dogs back here every time for all there grooming. These guys are the best.

This review is not about the service, but rather about their inconsistency as a business.I moved to near by area few months ago and saw Lucky Dog Spa was located few minutes away from my place that is very convenient for me. I’ve been calling for 5 months now trying to get an appointment with them. Called them at least 7 timesAll the time same response “Sorry, can’t take new customer, we are busy. But we can keep your phone number for the future”And I completely understand that small businesses get backed up, but for 6 months??? That’s a bit questionable if you ask me. Never had the same issue before with any other businesses.
