I went to this establishment to sell some of my jewelry. Some of this was Gold and diamond but most was Silver and some did also have Diamond in it. I also did have some silver that did have lab created stones in them, however, there was a sign on the front of this store that said "WE buy Gold and Silver?" At least I thought that's what I had seen, and even if I couldn't sell all of it, I thought maybe I could get rid of some of it. Well, I went in and waited for a few minutes only to be abruptly told that the owner didn't buy any of the stuff I brought in. First he said he only dealt in estate jewelry but then he said there was no value in silver right now. While I know that the value of silver is down right now, Sir, you must learn to read your customers a little bit better. I asked for further recommendations on any other places that might be able to help me out because even though my jewelry is extremely sentimental to me, you never know what someone is going through in that current moment in time and maybe, just maybe, they are needing a little bit of help, financially to cover the cost of their bills. So, the next time, before you turn someone away and say that you can't help them or make recommendations to refer them to some place that may be able to help them, try understanding their situation first and what it is they need to do. One last thing. You may want to update your sign in your front window to be much more specific on your terms of what you will or won't purchase.

I have been looking for a specific colored sapphire for over a year. Many jewelers had no idea what I was talking about but Sonny at Jensen Jewerlers did. He located the stone, then we had him do custom work making it into the shape I wanted. He is a master. The ring is gorgeous. I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend Sonny for any custom work you need.

I had an old Timex electric watch that needed a battery I assumed was obsolete. Sonny had one and replaced it quickly. Great, quick service and a growing Seiko selection. I’ll be back!

Sonny is the best! Shopped other jewelry stores that claimed to do custom work, but they all had to send it out. Jensen Jewelers keeps the work in house, so you can collaborate with the actual designer. I had some vintage family jewelry with the idea to turn them into a necklace and Sonny made it happen. I love the piece! I won't go anywhere else now. Thank you Jensen Jewelers.

Sonny is a great jeweler! I talked to other jewelers about creating a custom necklace out of some heirloom rings and didn't get the right feeling until I went to Jensen Jewelers. He is a very skilled and creative craftsman and the piece turned out fantastic. I am so pleased. I won't go anywhere else now!

I walked in on a Saturday to see about having my rings resized and fixed up. Within an hour they were ready for pickup and are absolutely stunning. Great work at a great price! I would recommend.

Sonny the owner was an absolute pleasure! I needed to have my wedding ring prongs replaced and I brought in some old hand me down gold and small diamonds and he thoughtfully designed a beautiful ring i will cherish. He explains everything ,fare price . Did a bigger clasp for ny everyday necklace that i had a hard time closing! I really wanted to hug him when i left! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!?

Been here a few times for minor repairs and watch batteries. Fair prices, friendly service, and I've never waited more than 15 mins. I also brought in a broken watch clasp. He fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me.

Have had a few items re sized here and the work is always very fast and perfect. Sonny re-made a pendant for me that a few jewelers "tried" to fix. He made it perfect and is now a daily fixture on my neck. Highly recommend this local business.
