If you liked the discrete and classy vibe of this little boutique before you will love it now in the hands of its new owners.It easily feels like it's twice as big. The toy selection is much broader with many top of the line brands. The intimate wear is also wide and varied with something for everyone.The new owners are very friendly engaging and helpful while putting you immediately at ease when you walk through the door. Definitely our new favorite place.

I love this store! The new owners are super friendly and helped me find the perfect toy. They have outfits and all kinds of cute stuff ❤️ lubes, costumes, jewelry you name it! But this toy! Love it! I give Intimate desires 10 stars!!!!

Dropped in here last minute for a bathing suite because I flew here from nyc and my place here didn't have one. ??♀️ Luckily this cute little store was on the way home and had a lot more than bathing suites! ? Definitely giving it 5 stars for polite, discreet customer service, the high quality of their merchandise, and of course their soft opening discounts! I would highly recommend everyone take a peek just to take advantage of that soft opening discount! (Just use #SOFTOPEN23 FOR AN ADDITIONAL 15% OFF INDOORS).? I read prior reviews where it said that store would be closed however store hours said otherwise. I enquired regarding that and was told it is under new management recently so now hours are kept true. Let's try to keep this "new" business open !

I cannot give a review of the actual store, since, I did not get the opportunity to even go in. I arrived at this store on Tues, 3/21, at 1:45, only to fund the store closed. There was a note on the window, stating, to ring the doorbell, and, Penny will answer to let customers in. I did just that, and, nobody answered. I called the store, and, no answer. The store hours are from 11am. What a waste of a drive to find a closed store. How do they stay in business?

Not open. It says on Google that they're open till 5:00. On the door it says that you might have to make an appointment cuz Miss Penny can't always be there. A store that's not open? No business hours? Too bad I drove out here. What a waste of time.

Intimate desires only has its fantastic reputation because of Penny and her little Kids ? very helpful if need takes time with customers instead of trying to sell, just crazy polite, not easy to find, Penny keep up the great work.

I’ve been a customer for a few years, and I’m not the slightest bit embarrassed to say so....Penny runs her boutique with class, discretion, and professionalism.....nothing seedy or dirty about this place. I had a problem with a recent purchase, and she took care of me and made it right....that meant the world to me! I will continue to be a loyal customer, and you should see for yourself what a pleasant experience it is to shop here!

I went in there a while back. A friend of mine told me about this place. I did not receive a warm welcome what so ever. She was kinda rude and abrupt when i asked a question. Not sure why you would treat a prospective client who was willing to spend money. I promptly left.

I just bought a few items at Intimate Desires and I would like to say thank you to the woman, I believe it was the owner, who spent quite a bit of time with me and helped me with sizing and a couple of other questions. I did not think that level of service existed anymore but it does. I was really impressed by the way you spoke with the other customer about his relationship and you knew about this man's life and that things were going very well for him in his dating life. I was struck by the way he spoke to you about the details of his life; if I close my eyes I would have thought he was speaking we had best friend or his brother. How often do you go to a store where they know about your life and care about how things are going for you? I will put it this way, the conversation we had means that I felt completely comfortable and at ease. It's remarkable to say the least because I have never met you and do not discuss that topic with many people let alone someone I've met for the first time. Providing your customers with that type of service s a brilliant business plan because how on Earth can I go to another store after an experience like that. Ladies and gentlemen you have got to go check this place out. If you have to drive a little bit to get there it is worth it, I am telling you.6 stars!
