H&R Block at Coral Landings in Palm Harbor, Florida has prepared my taxes for the last 2 years. Marianne, my tax professional, made the experience so comfortable and easy -- I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

This location deserves a zero! The worst place and unprofessional. Jessica and the manager handled my case so badly. They assured me I won’t come back and sign online. Their system was not working. They made me come back and sign by hand. And when I come they are both not there!! And asking me to come back. I made the payment already and I have to come back and forth to finish my taxes. I have a baby to take care at home and don’t have the time! I won’t come back to this place and don’t recommend it to anyone as they don’t care to at least apologize.

I had Jessika Rivera do a Canadian return. She is unqualified, unprofessional and incompetent.Still tracking down my return for 2021. I feel bad for H&R Block employees cleaning up her mess. If you have her as a tax preparer, run, go somewhere else. She should be barred as a tax professional.
