“We were very happy with the knowledge of the sales staff and extremely pleased with our purchase! We were visiting friends and were referred to visit Leader's when we complimented their outdoor furniture. We live out of state and were very impressed with the shipping cost as well as a very quick delivery date! The furniture almost arrived before we did! Just WOW! Everything was packed well, easy to put together and is just beautiful! We couldn't find a better selection anywhere. I give the entire experience 10 STARS!BTW...We highly recommend the cast aluminum Trelis oval table and chairs. We especially love the swivel chairs. Very comfy. Only issue we were not happy about is that we were told we could check out the cushions when we came home. There is not a selection of cushions (thickness and prices) that I can locate online. I found patterns under fabric by the yard.However frustrating this is, I still recommend Leaders. I would love to purchase their cushions! We just ran out of time the day we purchased our table and chairs.. I am disappointed.”

“After reading review upon review about furniture stores in the surrounding area I decided to give Haverty's a try. Phenomenal decision. Mike at the Palm Harbor store was wonderful helping me find the furniture pieces that I needed and he stayed in contact throughout the ordering/delivery process so I knew what was going on the whole time.

They have a solid defect policy where if the furniture arrives defective in any way you keep that piece until the new one can be delivered and swapped out. This happened with my dining room table, I noticed a crack in it. It was nice to still be able to use a table while I waited for my new one to arrive. I didn't have to go back and forth with anyone trying to convince them to help me, the customer service is top notch.

I bought my couch, dining table set, and some rugs and 2-years later they still feel brand new. I'm going to be a returning customer for my bed because I know I can trust the service if anything goes wrong.”

“We recently bought a condo in Dunedin and were looking for a Murphy bed. We went to the More Space Place in Palm Harbor, they had a great selection and we bought a bed. I was told by a contractor to be very careful about who we buy a Murphy Bed from as it is not that easy to install correctly. More Space Place has great installers working for them and I was so impressed watching these two guys work. They built it on the ground and installed it, the process took about four hours. The result is a great looking unit, and I could not be happier with this company.”

“Makes no sense to earn a cash credit when you can't use it till you return. I don't go but once every other month or less. This type of credit is earned and should be available at that time.Also I think you need to bring customers into the store and not empty the shelves shopping for someone that's lazy and wants to avoid getting out of their car. To many times I find empty shelves and empty fridges when I actually take the time to do my own purchases. All stores should be first come first served.”
