My husband and I have now had 4 minis varied models. We live in Riverview and travel to the Palm Harbor location for any service because their attention to customer service is #1.
Courtney It so knowledgeable and has helped us through Caring for our minis .
She has also offered some very good service and protection packages for our vehicle.
All depts we have interacted Have put our satisfaction first.
We have owned many cars and in 30 yrs, This has been our best experience 4 times over

Ferman MINI of Tampa Bay helped direct me to Roadside Assistance while I was on the road. Rapid arrival time to my location & they arranged an Uber ride to the service department.
My vehicle is still under warrantee, so the service was free. I tipped the tow truck driver & Uber driver -- $ well spent for peace of mind & safety.

Outstanding customer service and support. We live in Cape Coral but make sure our Mini our daughter drives is serviced in Tampa by Fermans. Courtney is our service advisor and would not trust my Mini to anyone else. We have had the pleasure of working with her and receiving excellent customer service. When she takes our car in, she takes pride not only making sure the Mini is serviced properly, but gets to know her customers too.
The dealership stands out from others by a mile. Had our Minis in Chicago, and her in Cape Coral when we moved. Never received the quality of service we get from Ferman’s and Courtney. A hidden Gem of a dealership if you own a Mini, this is worth the trip to get it repaired or service correctly
