Cesar Tereso was my service advisor on 09/10/2024. He had an attitude with me once he realized that I was needing a loaner vehicle. I explained to him that I called to make an appointment and was promised a loaner vehicle. He said that he had a loaner “reserved” for tomorrow at 7:30am for a lady that had called 2 weeks ago to reserve the vehicle. So I asked if I called and reserved a loaner if it would have been available for me, he said yes. He proceeded to tell me that I was going to be taken to Enterprise down the road to get a rental vehicle. I ask him why I couldn’t get the loaner that I was promised and that was currently ON THE LOT since I was there in person WITH an appointment. He just kept refusing because apparently when I called to make the appointment, the person hadn’t made a note that I needed a vehicle. He kept saying “I don’t know what you want me to do, there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have cars”. Cesar said it wasn’t up to him, it was up to “them” as he pointed to the end of the customer service counter to a lady and a gentleman sitting at a desk. I walked over and explained what was going on and the lady got up and walked away as I started to explain what had happened. He said that when I call to make an appointment I have to call the dealership directly. Apparently when you call to make an appointment, the phone calls are forwarded to something he kept referring to as “BDC” in Wesley Chapel. “Those people over there don’t know what we have on our lot and they always promise customers loaners even if we don’t have any”. He reassured me that this was a CONSTANT problem which I’m concerned as to why it hasn’t been addressed since this “happens all the time”. He told me to give him 10 minutes while he figured something out. I told him that I appreciated his patience with me and for him trying to get me a vehicle. I sat in the waiting area drinking coffee while Cesar came up to me waving a paper in my face and pointing out that it said “rental” and not “loaner”. Cesar said that I have to read the paperwork carefully because people always overlook this detail. I explained that I called to make an appointment so I was never given any paperwork and he walked away. The other gentleman called me back to the desk to give me a loaner vehicle that miraculously appeared. He had me sign paperwork and took me outside to inspect the vehicle. I told him thank you and I really appreciated him for helping me out. He didn’t acknowledge me and proceeded to hand me a paper to initial for the loaner vehicle. He threw the car keys into the car, closed the door and walked away leaving me standing in the parking lot talking to myself. I understand he was upset but that’s not something that he should of took out on me. He could of addressed that inside with someone else but not take his anger out on the customer. The whole experience was very unprofessional and I am not happy at all.

I dealt with Andrew in service. He took care of everything as I was there on a recall service. I was told on the phone by the scheduler that it wouldn't take long and I could wait. Andrew informed me it was a 3 hr deal and arranged a ride for me to the mall while I waited. Overall everything turned out well with Andrew's help!!

Working with Cesar on my 2024 BMW I7 has been nothing short of spectacular. I got an i7 from out of state due to the competitive price but unforunately the vehicle had a defective battery module component. Cesar was able to put me in a loaner vehicle right away, was very professional, courteous and did an exceptional job with communication. Finally my i7 is back and I would recommend the service department at ferman bmw without any hesitation. Especially Cesar

Approximately 2 weeks ago we agreed to a price on a Genesis however it needed to be taken to the Genesis dealership for warranty repair before the sale. We waited two weeks. We keep
Texting Joe the salesman. We kept getting updates on when the car would back. We were told it would be back this Friday (today) When I texted so we could buy the car Joe told me the car was sold yesterday. Not the way I was taught to do business or deal with customers.

Extremely disappointed with the service department. My request was unable to be fulfilled and the advisor knew ahead of time. They did not bother to notify me until I arrived at the dealership after a 30 minute drive. I’m not one to post negative reviews, but this advisor did not take accountability for his mistake nor did he show any compassion.

I have called in the past about your test drives and going down residential area speeding.
Hopefully this reaches the right person and your test drives stop going on residential areas seeing how fast the BMW can go

Just purchased a CPO 5 series from the folks on the preowned side of the dealership. Everyone we came in contact with were terrific, especially our Client Advisor, David Soto and Shawn Mazzoni in Preowned Operations. Genius Leah was patient and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Worst service call ever. I’ve try to call 3 days and numerous call. Keep telling me an advisor will call me back, but no one call me back. What a joke. Been a customer for years, will take my business somewhere else

Dave Mangano was both easy going and professional. The test drive felt like cruising with Dad! Even though we arrived a bit late all the way from Orlando, he took his time without rushing us and got us into our best car ever—an Alfa Romeo Stelvio. We are thrilled with our purchase and the entire experience.
A special shoutout to Scott in finance for being incredibly efficient and for suggesting the Silver insurance package—we ended up needing it yesterday! Haha. Thank you both!

Simply superb.
While I wasn't due for a service, Andrew Summerhill took the time to go over the maintenance package I had, and even have me the option of following up in a few months in order to possibly get an oil change before my service package expires. Vincent Lavigne, in the Parts department, was very helpful in helping me find the prices of a few parts for my vehicle that I was having trouble locating myself. He patiently answered many of my questions and took the time to connect with me as a customer and beginner BMW owner.
My final shout-out goes to the Genius who helped me configure my car so it actually behaves like it should! I forgot his name, for which I'm very sorry ?, but he really was truly helpful, friendly, and quite knowledgeable.
Everyone I spoke with, from the reception, sales, service, and parts staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. I will certainly be bringing my car back for anything BMW in the future!

My husband bought a 2013 "certified pre-owned" 328i just over a year ago. When a warning light came on within weeks of purchasing, we took it in and were told it would be $1600 to replace the passenger side air bag sensor. We declined the service. A few months later an oil indicator light came on. We scheduled an oil change, but were told it just needed oil, and the service tech said they would check for leaks when it came in for the oil change. After driving it for a year and putting only 5000 miles on the car we scheduled a routine oil change. I sat for several hours in the waiting room while they had the car and when it was almost finished I received a text and video indicating over $6000. dollars worth of work was required to repair numerous oil leaks which could not possibly have occurred in the 5,000 local miles the "certified pre-owned" car was driven. No one came to discuss the issues with me. We declined service at the time and when I received a follow up text from the service manager asking for feedback I provided all of the above information. He said he would follow up. It has been two months and we have heard nothing other than generic solicitation emails. Obviously we were sold a less than certified used car, and I have never received such poor customer service.
