On Feb . 29 , I went to the Palm Harbor store to return a newly bought club to the store under their 90 day return policy .The club was not rite for ME for whatever reason and I said as much . Upon having a conversation with the salesman about a characteristic of the club a man , who I believe is the manager of the store , in a rude and unprofessional manor , jumped in and accused me of saying the club was bad .I never said that . And when I repeated what I had said , he yelled " well that's on you ". Not very business like .I have been a customer of that store for many years and have purchased many clubs and other items from there , as a result of this incident , I will never buy anything from this store again .There are many other places that sell golf equipment .

Best Golf Shop around Town! Have been coming back here for years and always leave with a smile. Staff is wonderful and full of enthusiasm to the game! Wanted to give a super special shoutout to Ron! He is always working hard and Master! His years of experience shows through his work! I expressed to Ron my frustration about past golf shops not putting my putter grip on square. It was always crooked. Ron chuckled, and in less than 5 min, he saved my previous 30$ grip and slipped the brand new grip on dead square, literally first try. I couldn’t help but smile and was thoroughly happy and impressed. Ron is the Man!! Will be spreading the word around!

We love going in here to shop for random golf stuff. The guys in here are ALWAYS so helpful and always greet us. If you’re looking for ANYTHING golf, you need to go in and see these guys! They are GREAT!

The repair man was great. I thought I needed to epoxy the shaft of my driver, it turned out to be a small problem which he fixed in less than a minute and I was on my way.

Walked in was greeted by 1 of 2 gentlemen they both worked their but went right back to talking with each other never asked if I needed help. Then a guy they know came in they greeted him by name and right away asked if he needed help with anything. By this time I decided to leave bc I obviously was not good enough ti buy anything or get their help.

My kid went there to get fitted for a club and got excellent service from Chip Snedaker, who was patient and helpful with a beginner. I'm sure my kid will be going back.
