I had a great experience with Tasca. My salesperson Bruce was really "on the ball". I arrived early on Sunday morning before the dealership opened and was greeted by Bruce who was very helpful.
I did a test drive and was very pleased with the ride of the 2025 Buick Encore GX. I was concerned about the car only having 3 cylinders, but with the Turbo charged engine, it had a lot of power.
I really liked the fact that Bruce was very straight forward and did not play any of the usual games that many other dealerships in the area play.
Bruce and the sales manager Frank gave me an offer on my trade in and I was happy with the sales. It was fairly quick and I was in and out in time to watch my NFL game.
Great Job by the whole Tasca Team!

Mistreatment of a woman due to preexisting disability. They were not & have not ever been kind to me. Superficial, but not authentic. They tell me I'm too demanding for not understanding (it's a neurological condition). I simply called to see if an early pick up was available. The driver was at lunch, no worries. I asked if they would reimburse my Uber, then it turned ugly. A large tattooed service member, 3rd row back/left side) was incredibly disrespectful. I do get angry when injustices are done to those with disabilities. Unfortunately, now, due to a serious concussion thst occurred 3 weeks ago has caused damage to my optic nerve. Constant migraines. Pain.
I wanted an oil change and other maintenance. I needed to understand better. Brent was my AM driver. He was so kind & friendly. Maybe the only with a good soul.
**The photos posted with the original post have been taken down. The 2017 Z06 Convertible was never touched by Tasca- thank God.
***Thank you for acknowledging the truth of how you treat women, children, teachers & business owners alike. I would be that person & all the customers I've sent your way since 2020. Please inform me, here, on how you plan on remeding this disgusting mistreatment of humans in Pinellas County. TIA & blue skies-

On a recent trip overseas, backpack, passports and the key fob to my 2023 GMC Sierra were stolen. Reacquired everything up to the FOB. Ordered an aftermarket FOB and set up a scheduled service for the FOB to be programmed to my Sierra. Knowing the Tasca GMC was close/convenient, scheduled the FOB programming. Due to my ignorance, I scheduled at the Clearwater Tasca. I show up at the Palm harbor Tasca and Lenny Demarco, service adviser is assigned my tasked. Lenny determined I was at the wrong GMC and offered to have the work accomplished at the Palm Harbor Tasca. I agreed and within 10 minutes of my unannounced arrived the work order was complete and the 1500 Sierra was in queue. A little over an hour latter, I notice the truck is back out in the service line, so I walk in to Lenny who says, give me one minute to printer the invoice and i'll walk you over to the cashier.
Long story short, Lots of professionalism, both on Lenny's part and the GMC service center. Should I have a service need, Tasca is where I'll be heading.

I last bought here when it was Dick Norris. TASCA has continued to great excellence in servicing customers. Dean my sales person and Melonie in Finance were both awesome. They went above and beyond to explain everything, give me the service for my new Yukon XL Denali I needed and had everything ready when I came to pick it up. I could not ask for a better complete experience!

Denis Wible was again my TASCA GMC service advisor, and again, everything was handle to 100% satisfaction; getting the work done as promised, within time promised, and all the while keeping me informed.
Update: I was not happy with my 1-year Denali (to the day) yesterday. The fuel module quit, stranding my 2500 in my driveway (thank goodness). Required a tow truck (via GMC). But! As disappointed as I was — Denis came through yet again! He had the module available & within hours of the truck being dropped off, I was back on the road. Can’t say enough good things about Denis’ support & the TASCA service dept! Thank you!!
[btw, this isn’t to knock GMC at all, my new 2017 F250 Ford diesel SD lasted 1 week before EDU & MDU units began to fail, repeatedly. My 2019 Ram Longhorn started 19” screen issues & electronic transmission issues within the 1st month. The GMC took on a 7800-mile towing trip on Day #3 without issue. Flagship vehicles for 21st Century depend on a plethora of microprocessors & connectiins, which fail sooner or later — nature of the beast.]

I brought my 2018 GMC Acadia in . June for some general maintenance. They noticed that one of my battery cables had some corrosion on it and mentioned it to me. They cleaned it off and said my car should be good for the rest of the summer. Now within two months later, my car won’t start and I have the corrosion all over my battery again. So now I’m buying a new battery which I don’t mind but now a cable/line underneath the battery has to be completely replaced and that was very expensive. I’m not happy at all.
