This agency is awesome! They saved me thousands when I switched to their agency. Luann answered every question, dove deep into what we needed, and provided great options for us. They are responsive, professional and meticulous. I switched from Bill Cordy StateFarm after over 30 years because they have lousy service and dropped my son off my policy because of their carelessness.

Wish I could give Zero Stars here. First off I called at 4:30 on Monday 3/13/2023 to change my renters insurance and get a quote for adding another vehicle and driver to my policy. This agent would not take the phone call. I called a man answered and said he needs to get an expert. He transferred me and it rang and rang until it timed out and hung up on me. I then called back and was told that he would transfer me again but since everyone was on a call that they would not take anymore calls for the day and I could leave a message. I am sorry, I thought you closed at 5.I called and the next day to do the same thing and was told that State Farm does not honor domestic partnerships, that in order for 2 people to be on the same policy they must be related by blood or marriage. It was apparent though that these 2 ladies I spoke to have no clue what they are doing as one was trying to figure how to place me on hold and said to me that she has no clue what she is doing. They other, had the phone ringing into someones voicemail while we were talking.State Farm advertises how you can call "Jake" from State Farm all hours and get quotes and make changes. This is FALSE ADVERTISMENT. Because when I tried to call at 5 pm, I was told that they could not quote me anything, that I had to go through a local agent.

I am over the hill and have never had an auto insurance company treat me so poorly as this company. Dick Martin only cares about making money. Oh and don't you dare file a glass claim, due to incidental rock hitting your windshield....they will send you a letter if you have had two glass claims warning you that they have noticed a trend. Going back to my tried and true liberty mutual.
