What a breath of fresh air to know that there are businesses out there that still conduct themselves like Day's Collision. From my initial contact with Sean doing my estimate and the over the top customer care from the staff I encountered, the service here just is a rare find. The staff at Day's kept me in the loop every step of the way. My car was repaired perfectly. Flawless service! My hat is off to all that are running this shop and those that work there. I would highly recommend this shop for all your auto body repairs. Thank you!

I took my daughters car in for a front end bumper and hood repair as her insurance had very high deductibles. I am not a big car guy and do not know much about auto repairs and they were very patient and quick looking the car over right away and getting me a quote the same afternoon.
They answered all of my questions and finished in a week on time for my daughter's return from an Army tour in Europe. The work was perfect and she will be very happy with her new looking car.

Everyone at Days collision made my experience easy, understanding, and most importantly pleasant. Every person I came in contact with was so friendly and welcoming. Would like to say great job from the whole team at Days Collision. Shawn and Dustin were fantastic to work with. What a fantastic job with the repair! The paint work was phenomenal. Everyone made the process a simple experience, and were very kind and informative every step of the way. Dustin was great keeping me informed along the way and went out of his way to source a couple aftermarket parts I wanted for my Ram 1500. Highly recommend Days Collision for any repair work you might need!

Day’s Collision did a fantastic job repairing my car. The ladies in the office and Shawn went above and beyond with customer service, anytime I had a question about my car , whether it is involving my car insurance, or my rental car or updates about my vehicle, they had answers immediately !! They also stayed late last Friday to finish the cleanup for me to pick it up so I wouldn’t have to pay for my rental because Friday was the last day that my insurance was going to pay for my rental..

I cannot thank Shawn and his team enough for making my brand new car brand new again. I hadn't even made the 3rd car payment on my very 1st brand new car when I got rear-ended. From the first day I went there to the day it was time to drop my car off and then finally pick it up..they were all so very informative, kept me up to speed with everything they were doing. Everyone was professional and very caring. Even to the point of me leaving.. I got to the round about at Alt 19 and they called & said hate to do this to you but we noticed your tail light was out as you pulled away can you bring it back and let us take care of it and within less than 10 minutes I was back out the gate and headed home a happy camper. ? thank you all very much for everything! I will recommend them to anyone.

My car was towed to Days Collision the day of my auto accident. I'm not from the area and wasn't familiar with the towing process but this company made a huge difference in everything. When they came to grab my car, the tow truck operator (Dustin ) was extremely kind and polite. He was literally the only person at the scene of the crash who was kind and considerate to everything that was going on. I was very thankful he was kind because it made a huge difference. When I called the next day about my car, the individual I spoke with, Bethany, was such a sweetheart. Before I even explained the situation she asked if everyone in the vehicle was ok and wanted to know how we were all doing after being hit so hard. I haven't had an easy time with the accident and everyone I have dealt with at this point, the paramedics, the state trooper and the driver responsible for the wreck, literally every one of them have been cold towards me and my kids. However, when I spoke to Dustin , the tow truck operator for Days Collision and then Bethany over the phone, everything changed. She went above and beyond for me and my situation. Not only did she care about our well-being but she provided clear and easy to understand instructions on the process of everything to expect and even explained all the options I had. She was unbelievably kind and patient with me. Not only that but she even went as far as to provide multiple phone numbers to different scrap yards in the area that would be interested in buying my car so that I would be able to pay my towing bill. Plus, she took multiple pictures of my vehicle so i could give the scrapyard a better idea of my cars current condition and then went as far as to email them to me. Seriously, Bethany was my angel in all of this and I honestly couldn't have done all this so quickly without her. I'm seriously thankful for this towing company and highly recommend giving them a call if you need help with collision repair or towing services. They are extremely kind and helpful towards their customers and you can tell they genuinely care for others. 5 stars no doubt.
