For the people coming here to complain about the new phone system, take a minute and realize it is NOT this stores fault, or any stores. We have to put up with it. It is corporate so PLEASE complain to them. The pharmacy and front store are the most compassionate people I've met and understand the struggles with the phone.

The phone system for the pharmacy has got to be one of the worst ways to contact your pharmacist. I’ve tried to have prescriptions refilled for my mother and I get put into a voicemail. Their system is extremely frustrating and will cost them customers!! My mother is already looking for another pharmacy, they are determined to make people use their app but they’re going to lose customers ! It’s a shame because they’re pharmacy. Staff is extremely nice.

This is your typical CVS. It is our local CVS and it is all that you can expect from your neighborhood CVS. The customer service representative at the register is always pretty friendly. Although I have not really encountered the same one twice. I cannot speak to the pharmacy as I have not used those services. I would be happy to shop here.

Been vaxed by pharmacy twice and they are very pleasant and efficient. I can't understand why a busy store located in a very popular shopping center would not have shopping carts. I asked female sales associate about it and she told me the carts have"disappeared" and not been replaced.

When you call it takes 3 minutes just to wait for a person to answer. They send you to corporate who then send you back to the store. Nice way to waste ten minutes.

This is in regards to the Pharmacy. I have had the same medication, dosage, and quantity for about 5 months+. For the past 3 or 4 months they have refilled the wrong medication dosage and/or quantity. Multiple times I have told them on the phone and in person what the dosage and quantity is. It has not changed. I have waited several times now while they refill it again wrong. I have also asked for the auto fill date to change both in person and on the phone and they never change it. Even though they say they will. The blonde lady is nice, the Asian man, & the Muslim girl (do not know there names). However, Antonio needs to not talk about customers when they are in ear shot and get better customer service skills. I will not go to this CVS anymore.

Alicia and staff always have a smile that’s hard to do dealing with so many sick people like the “prophetess Tanya” who’s full of it.I’m the Prophet John and i’m prophesying that your a bigot and a race hustler begging for money in the name of the lord or your just plain crazy.

I'm not sure which pharmacy the person above is going to, but CVS have always been courteous to me whenever I am in their store. i started going because my insurance plan is connected with them and I can get a good many of my product/ scripts for free. Even if I didn't have the CVS / Aetna deal, I would use CVS on 700 East Lake because of their helpfulness.
