I get it that you guys have a lot of calls, but not having even 1 person to pick up the phone during business hours and requiring a voice mail is pretty frustrating

I would give this place and especially this pharmacy manager a ZERO on the ground for denying my husband’s medication and insulin as he is a type 1 diabetic. This manager as well the workers there lie to much, confuses every medication and treats people VERY UNPROFESSIONAL 100% of the time mind you we pay out of pocket cash and since proof was recorded on video the manager wants to call police instead of owning up to their lie and apologizing an/or fixing the problem. That’s okay though because we would NEVER fill a prescription at ANY CVS & I make sure to tell EVERYONE NOT to go to THIS CVS!! I will be sending the videos to corporate at well thank you very much for a horrible 5 years of misery.

Love CVS, this location always seems understaffed, and check out is always slow.

Back in December my Dr. provided a prescription for a change in dosing with my medication. When I went to pick it up, they they said they had never received it. They refilled at previous dose. I went back and they looked again, and indeed it was there. There was no apology, no explanation why it was not seen before, rather, I would need to wait two hours to have correct script filled. Pharm. clerk was rude and condescending. I will not be filling any scripts or shopping CVS again. They are growing, focusing on acquiring and providing medical clinic services, but they are not providing good service for a while now, why would I trust them with my healthcare? CVS WILL no longer have my business.

The only consistency this pharmacy has is it's frequent inconsistency. Often promises prescriptions will be ready by a certain time and they are not. Signs of a very overworked/overbooked pharmacy. If you need a prescription medication on a time schedule, go somewhere else. If you like headaches and your time wasted, drop a script off here.

I suggest having your prescriptions go to any other cvs then this one. Rude staff, not just with customers but with each other. Very unprofessional.

Incompetence at it's best with dose of smug for good measure. Go to CVS in Target at 900 East lake Rd. They rarely have these problems.

When sent to get antibiotics the staff here where quick and even referenced me goodrx a app to reduce the amount you must pay, they provided me with my needs and the app even gave me some funds back in the form of a digital card that can be used on one of their many options.

I just picked up a prescription, and was helped by Miranda. It was SUCH a breath of fresh air to pick up a prescription without a side of attitude or rudeness. It has been so bad that I actually dread going to this location. It was SO nice to have a personable person with a smile! She was so sweet!!!(I did have to interact with someone who was not even half as pleasant but that's besides the point)

The rude pharmacist everyone is referencing is named Courtney M I believe (not sure because she refused to give her name otp but claimed to be the manager... had to call my usual store for the mangers name) I can’t believe she stays employed in a customer facing role - based on the 1 star reviews about a rude female pharmacist it looks like she’s been there awhile. Unbelievably nasty - if you hate people so much why would you pursue a career in dealing with customers?

CVS Tampa Rd has been my pharmacy for 8 years with impeccable customer service and care. Working in the pharmacy takes a lot of concentration with little room for error. Thanks for such a great job!

I’ve always had good experiences with this pharmacy until three weeks ago when I went to the pharmacy for pain medication after having a c-section. My doctor had called in the prescription that afternoon, and we arrived 5 minutes before they closed after being discharged from the hospital. I even got a text message they received my prescription a few hours prior and since it was only a few days worth, I didn’t think it’s be an issue. When we arrived, the Walgreens team member stated he needed further insurance approval and it would be longer than 5 minutes, so come back tomorrow. Since I was in lot of pain, my husband just asked to pay without insurance. Even after that, the manager came up and said now they cannot get the prescription filled because there are only 2 minutes to closing. She was so rude with zero companion and directed us to another closed location in Clearwater. When I looked it up, it showed they closed at the same time and she stated we could drive to Tampa’s 24 hour one, which is over an hour away. Luckily, our on call doctor moved the prescription to our local Publix where the pharmacist even stayed 15 minutes later to fill the prescription.

I have tried calling on several occasions and always sit on hold. 15 or minutes. As I mentioned this is not a one time problem.
