My husband and I joined a few weeks ago and going into our second week I sustained an injury at work. Coach Chris has taken the time to modify every workout for me so that I can still participate! Everyone here is so welcoming and encouraging. We are looking forward to getting stronger and continuing to work out with this wonderful community!

My husband and I joined Droogs a year ago and couldn’t be happier! It’s become a part of our life style and we can’t imagine going to any other gym. From the coaches, facility, workouts and atmosphere everything has been great. We were welcomed with open arms since day 1! Being brand new to cross fit they accommodate workouts to fit different abilities but always challenge us to do better. You won’t find a better gym family!

One of a kind! A friend introduced me to the owners and this gem of a gym. I was intimidated by CrossFit when I first started, but they were supportive and encouraging. Before too long, I was signing up for competitions! The classes have helped boost me to the best shape of my life, and the community is the reason I keep going back. If you’re looking for an encouraging and challenging environment for fitness, this is your place.

What to say about CrossFit Droogs. I’m a little partial because my son and daughter in-law own the gym. On that note they don’t let me slide and I’ve been to the regular gyms for years and it doesn’t compare to the workouts I get at this gym. The coaches know what they are doing and will give you a great workout whether it’s RX’d or scaled to what you can do. The gym itself is like a second family and everyone helps each other to achieve their goals. So if your looking for a great gym with a great atmosphere then you can’t go wrong with Hemi Strength and Conditioning.

I’ve been a member here for over a year now and I love it!! The coaches/owners are awesome. They care about us as people and push us in the gym. The community is also amazing, I love getting in a good workout with all my friends!

I am so glad I found my Gym, my experience from day 1 has been amazing. I was new to the area and was looking for a new Gym, wrote an email to many places around the area to get some information, Coach Mallory replied right away answering my questions and invited me to stop by for a visit. I new as soon as I walked in the door I new I had found something great.

So glad to have found Crossfit Droogs. Great programming for kids and adults alike. We love all of the coaches and the friends we’ve made. Head coach Mal has been awesome in the past at modifying workouts while I’ve dealt with health issues. Couldn’t be happier with this CrossFit family.

Love going to this gym been going for 5+ years. The coaches adapt to your skill level. They are very friendly, helpful and supportive. The people who workout with you are the same. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else

Fantastic gym with amazing people. The programming takes all of the guess work out and everyone is helpful and friendly. By far the best gym I have ever been a part of and highly recommend to anyone looking to get into better shape while having fun.

I began my journey into the CrossFit world in October of 2019. It's been a year now and am so glad I joined. First of all, the workouts are awesome and very well programmed. I have become stronger, both physically and mentally and it's safe to say that their is never a boring day. Equally, the people here are fantastic. I've formed some really good friendships with these people and highly recommend joining. If you think for a second that its an intimidating place you're wrong. Welcomed with open arms and I just cant say enough good things about CrossFit Droogs. #richfroning
