Worst service experience ever, then service mgmt contacts buggin us to come back then no follow up from service manager. First and last honda. They dont really understand electric/hybrid tech and not enough sense to learn from the competition like tesla.Update: after the service screwup the service manager she never follows up after first contact. we bought a tesla

I cannot find a single thing to criticize about this location nor any of the employees I've had the honor to be helped by, they truly under promised and over delivered in every aspect of my visit I will be coming to this location for any and every automotive need I highly recommend asking for kyrsten and Tracy for any needs in the service department they were beyond amazing jumping through the hurdles necessary to help me get my car back on the road!!!

I've boughten numerous vehicles in my lifetime, the experience at this dealership was absolutely phenomenal!From the time I pulled up to the time I pulled out I was very satisfied!The wonder saleswomen Tarah is very knowledgeable, cheerful, & patient.I've never been to a dealership where I didn't feel rushed, or nervous, Tarah was more concerned about me, not just to sell me a car.I would recommend the saleswomen Tarah to anyone who doesn't want to be rushed, pressured, or scrutinized.Hats off to the Finance Director Jeramiah, also very attentive, cheerful, & was willing to go the extra mile for the best deal! All around it was an awesome experience! Also let me add......I've NEVER been called after purchasing a new vehicle from any dealership. Tarah has called me 3 different times to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, & if I had any questions.Hands down the best customer service at a dealer I've ever had!!

Be very careful with the service department. They will recommend service that may not be needed without providing any evidence or intelligent discussion. In their world if something leaks it needs to be replaced when in reality there is a difference between a slow leak and a fast leak but the service rep is not able to provide any real information. They will also recommend service because of miles and not the actually condition of the car so again they recommend service that is not really necessary and they may recommend the same service over and over. They replaced my spark plugs and then a year later recommended that I replace my spark plugs again. The actual service work is good if your car is low mileage and your bill is covered by warranty.

I recently purchased a hybrid CR-V sport from this dealership and had a very positive experience. The sales team was friendly and not pushy. I also had a great experience with Manel in the finance office. No one tried to redirect conversations to monthly payments when I wanted to talk about the price of the car. I highly recommend coming to this dealership. I went on the last day of the month and think I got a good deal on the car I wanted.

I had the pleasure of working with an EXCELLENT staff at Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda this week. From the moment I arrived to service my vehicle. Little did I know that I would end up trading my vehicle for a CR-V Sport/Hybrid and be out the door within a very short period of time. As I arrived, I met Justin, in the service garage, who was very polite and pleasant; then onward to meet Sandi Youngman, my Sales Associate, who was beyond my expectations with her display of knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. The General Manager, Ron Wordon, spoke with me, as well, and was very fair, honest, and kind. I left the dealership as a completely happy and excited buyer! Thanks to all for their assistance. Five stars for this dealership. I have no complaints for all the right decisions made, and I absolutely love my new vehicle!!!! My husband and I look forward to future endeavors with this group of people who know how to treat customers with respect and honesty.Jan H.

Jerimiah in the F& I office is a devil. Took complete advantage of me in my vulnerable state of mind. Manipulating me in to agreeing to extra months and a higher interest rate while saying he was including warranty coverage for no charge when in fact the extra months he addrd were to cover the add on that I said I didn't care for or want. Also lied about absolutely everything he was selling me. The manager as well. Deceitful fucks. Stay away from this dealership. I was lied to on several occasions. And should have walked away. A special place in hell for these pricks. The blame is on me. But the shame is on them. I thought Courtesy group was above these tactics. I was wrong.

I loved my crv car and I want to have him for a long time, without screw up for dishonest mechanics. Since I bought my CRV the only place I take is here. I trusted here! I will NEVER take my car where I buy in Port Richey, they are bad and dishonest mechanics. I don't trust them. I am very please here. Thank you guys

First time buying a car? Do not go here. Two weeks later, I am still disturbed as to how I was treated at this dealership. Insulted, ignored and called the wrong name. The amount they got me to overpay is criminal, I never agreed to that price but I stupidly bought the vehicle just to get away. They didn't provide me with the right paperwork for the vehicle and the car has already had problems. They are the closest dealership to my house which is why they even got my business, I was in a position and they took full advantage. Which, I guess is their job. This is not your friendly neighborhood Honda.

Amazing state of-the-art facility at Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. Everything is brand new, sleek and very clean. There are three separate customer waiting areas depending on your mood or requirements. Four flat panel TVs provide movies/shows, free coffee, snacks and WiFi. The coolest feature I found was at the end of one of the customer areas there is a floor to ceiling bank of glass allowing customers to watch the service technicians work on their vehicles. Service has always been wonderful here. Now the facility matches the service provided. If you own or are interested in a Honda, check out Courtesy!

We have been customers at Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda since 2009. Throughout this time our family purchased multiple Honda vehicles and had these vehicles serviced exclusively by Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. I have nothing but praise for this dealership; from sales to service they are the best. Don is the best salesman....EVER! He want the extra mile to find us the perfect car with the features we want. Always a fair price for a car and top dollar for our trade. The service department is beyond reproach. T'Lira, Justin, and Johnny are three of the best service advisers I have ever dealt with. All of our cars were serviced ON TIME, with genuine Honda parts, by Honda trained technicians, and best of all, we were charged a fair price for repairs. In fact, we get our tires installed by them because they are more competitively priced than the local tire shops. Their new location is beautiful; snacks, water, great coffee, tons of TV's and abundant seating. If you don't want to wait for your car, then Alex will give you a ride home in the courtesy shuttle. I had my CRV serviced this weekend; my service adviser texted me to inform me my car was ready....moments later, Alex (the. courtesy driver) texted me any told me he would be at my house in 25 minutes. He is a super-great dude who goes the extra mile to help the customer. We love our Honda cars and will continue to do business with Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda.

This was the BEST car buying experience EVER. Kudos to the 3 sales people who all touched base with me in record time after our online inquiry. Special thanks to Sandi Youngman for guiding us through this process with ease. Not to mention personal delivery at 9:30 PM! We had our certified Honda within 24 hrs. We are grateful. George and Deb Anderson
