I felt bait and switched by the different numbers told to me about the diagnostic fees. Service advisor named Ivan was rude and gave me the runaround about speaking to a manager, even though he knew the manager was gone for the day. Then he didn’t have the guts to call me back and tell me the manager was gone for the day. He had another service advisor do it for him… TWO HOURS LATER. Thanks to Brandon (service advisor) and Mike Miller (manager) for saving the experience from being ruined.

We purchased a couple of used vehicles here before they moved to the new facility. In July 2023 My son needed a newer used car since his 2009 Civic was in bad shape. We found a pristine 2015 Hyundai Elantra at Palm Harbor Honda with only 50K miles on it. The price was extremely competitive to many other dealers we looked at in the area. There were some very small areas where the paint faded and they had a professional painter repaint those areas with perfection at no cost. Then my sons battery died after about 40 days and they replaced it at no cost. They even went above and beyond to get the brake light switch fixed on a Friday late afternoon so my son could have his car for the weekend. Kirsten in the service department was outstanding! Thank you for such a great experience and superb customer service.

Worst service experience ever, then service mgmt contacts buggin us to come back then no follow up from service manager. First and last honda. They dont really understand electric/hybrid tech and not enough sense to learn from the competition like tesla.Update: after the service screwup the service manager she never follows up after first contact. we bought a tesla

I cannot find a single thing to criticize about this location nor any of the employees I've had the honor to be helped by, they truly under promised and over delivered in every aspect of my visit I will be coming to this location for any and every automotive need I highly recommend asking for kyrsten and Tracy for any needs in the service department they were beyond amazing jumping through the hurdles necessary to help me get my car back on the road!!!

I've boughten numerous vehicles in my lifetime, the experience at this dealership was absolutely phenomenal!From the time I pulled up to the time I pulled out I was very satisfied!The wonder saleswomen Tarah is very knowledgeable, cheerful, & patient.I've never been to a dealership where I didn't feel rushed, or nervous, Tarah was more concerned about me, not just to sell me a car.I would recommend the saleswomen Tarah to anyone who doesn't want to be rushed, pressured, or scrutinized.Hats off to the Finance Director Jeramiah, also very attentive, cheerful, & was willing to go the extra mile for the best deal! All around it was an awesome experience! Also let me add......I've NEVER been called after purchasing a new vehicle from any dealership. Tarah has called me 3 different times to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, & if I had any questions.Hands down the best customer service at a dealer I've ever had!!

Be very careful with the service department. They will recommend service that may not be needed without providing any evidence or intelligent discussion. In their world if something leaks it needs to be replaced when in reality there is a difference between a slow leak and a fast leak but the service rep is not able to provide any real information. They will also recommend service because of miles and not the actually condition of the car so again they recommend service that is not really necessary and they may recommend the same service over and over. They replaced my spark plugs and then a year later recommended that I replace my spark plugs again. The actual service work is good if your car is low mileage and your bill is covered by warranty.

I recently purchased a hybrid CR-V sport from this dealership and had a very positive experience. The sales team was friendly and not pushy. I also had a great experience with Manel in the finance office. No one tried to redirect conversations to monthly payments when I wanted to talk about the price of the car. I highly recommend coming to this dealership. I went on the last day of the month and think I got a good deal on the car I wanted.

This is an "Auto Dealership" that "REALLY DOES" what a car dealership should do from buying the car to the upkeep of your car with expertise mechanics and your normal service representatives making sure that you understand what you want and need.A beautiful waiting room and this a very modern facility.From the salesperson to the financial, you're treated with respect. I've bought 3 new cars from Courtesy Honda and I am pleased with every transaction and will be back.

Jerimiah in the F& I office is a devil. Took complete advantage of me in my vulnerable state of mind. Manipulating me in to agreeing to extra months and a higher interest rate while saying he was including warranty coverage for no charge when in fact the extra months he addrd were to cover the add on that I said I didn't care for or want. Also lied about absolutely everything he was selling me. The manager as well. Deceitful fucks. Stay away from this dealership. I was lied to on several occasions. And should have walked away. A special place in hell for these pricks. The blame is on me. But the shame is on them. I thought Courtesy group was above these tactics. I was wrong.

First of all, kudos to Valerie in the service department! Smart, reliable and genuinely friendly. You're the best of the best.Being new to the area and in need of a minor but important repair to my Honda, I called Courtesy Honda. The got me in the same day and got it fixed in a short time. The waiting room was clean, comfortable and pleasant.While waiting, I browsed the new cars in the showroom. It was really nice checking them out without being stalked by a sales person. The people in the showroom were friendly and available without making me feel uncomfortable (which happened in the past at different Honda showrooms).Later this year, when I'm ready to get a new Honda, this place will be at the top of my list.
